Seriously, take your money and body/face elsewhere. They used to be great, but since they were…read morebought out, the place has gone down the drain. You'll see all good reviews are years old. Twice I had treatments done for botox and filler, and within weeks the products are not there anymore. I don't get how a filler that is supposed to last 18 to 24 months, just disappears with 2 months. And a friend had a similar experience, and has sworn never to go back as well. It's very disappointing because these treatments are not cheap. And all of the emotional investment on working on your look and well being. And losing the trust after years of being loyal to the same clinic. Honestly, don't waste your money, time, and emotional investment.

I had a filler procedure done with a new injector. The filler ended up migrating, the top lip was fuller than the bottom and there's a lump in the middle of the top lip. I called over to see how to correct the situation in which they recommend a consultation. Upon this consultation, Tanya the nurse practitioner wasn't listening to my concerns but rather telling me how the first two weeks of her fillers she's never happy and she had to get them dissolved. Not too sure how this related to solving the issue. What I got out of that consultation is that I needed to go back in two weeks for another one. Two weeks later and my lips look the exact same. This consultation was with Kathy. She was defensive immediately before even listening to my concerns. While sharing my concerns she constantly interrupted me and proceeded to make rude comments as I was giving feedback. The overall tone and attitude I believe was a reflection of herself rather than the issue I had presented to her as I can't think of another reason as to why she was so rude. Two of the Greenspring locations closed this past year and I fully understand why. To anyone who's reading this PLEASE proceed with caution and mentally prepare yourself to be belittled and bullied.

My visit matched the same pattern described repeatedly here: extremely high‑pressure sales tactics, emotional manipulation, and no disclosure of a "no refund" policy until after payment was processed. I was approached with a "free sample," then quickly steered into a back room for an aggressive sales pitch that escalated into thousands of dollars in products I never intended to buy. The salesperson used urgency, flattery, and pressure to keep me from leaving or thinking clearly. At NO point was I told that all sales were final. After leaving the store and realizing what had happened, I researched the business and found dozens of nearly identical complaints from other customers. The Better Business Bureau currently lists this location with an F rating and notes multiple unresolved complaints. I'm adding my voice here so others can be aware before visiting. If you're considering stopping in, I strongly recommend reading the reviews first and proceeding with caution. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for violating the FTC 3 day 'cooling off period' DESIGNED for crap just like this.
