    Bounced around with my appointments I finally get one I go in and they don't have me on the calendar after I drove an hour and a half in a storm to get there. They said they would fit me in. I followed all of the instructions but I really think she just worked too fast. It was like an oops when I left but then I woke up like this in the morning. She apparently injected right into my vein...I am not a happy camper and this is how I get to spend my 50th birthday... This is a joke they were supposed to be getting me some sort of a refund and now I don't even know where these phones are going I have placed two phone calls and two emails to their accounting department into corporate they keep passing me back to Newton. They seem to know what's going on they will blind transfer you to any customer service agent and you don't even know where you're going. I would like to be compensated for my lost days and damages but I'm not going to do that I just want a refund. If I don't receive one they will be receiving a legal action.

    DO NOT give them your money !!! They are quick to take payment upfront but won't give you an appointment and ghost you one you've signed the payment contract. On Mother's Day the staff was on top of me luring me into signing the contract. I signed a 5700 dollar contract. And now they don't want to give me not even the first appointment and they hang up on me when I call to try to schedule. They say that they won't give me an appointment because I purchased too many laser hair removal areas and they are not able to accommodate me. It is ironic because when the sales rep Leah Stafford sold me the package she never said anything about me buying too many areas. Now as a paying customer they say that the issue is that I bought too many areas ? Then why did they allow me to buy "too many areas".they keep asking me to book my areas of concern. If I start only with those areas when will I ever be done and get my money's worth ? I worked with Leah Stafford. She was attentive prior to signing the contract but missing in action after she got the money and has given me no help. I feel horrible to say the least. I don't know if I'll ever get treatment that I have paid for as they keep pushing me to book only for my primary area of concern. I signed my contract on Mother's Day on what was supposed to be a joyful milestone in my life after having a baby. Ally has disbursed the money to ideal image and I am contracted to start paying ally on June. However ideal image isn't giving me an appointment until July and they haven't sent me a confirmation. They also tell me that nothing is available earlier. This is terrible. You gave me two hours to sign contract but won't give me an appointment until two months out and you won't send me confirmation of the appointment or give me more options ? Whenever I call customer reps tell me every single time that they are experiencing tech issues or they can't access the scheduling system. Yet they never allow me to speak directly with the Newton MA center so I can schedule the appointment directly. I have given the rep the option to book me in Shrewsbury or Burlington MA in hopes I can get something sooner as I don't feel well paying for a service I haven't even received and I have gotten nothing but silence. I went on yelp and better business bureau and clearly you guys have a massive issue because hundreds of people are experiencing the same scheduling issues and being ghosted by your team.go read about ideal image in the better business bureau website. I am feeling very anxious that now I am stuck paying for a service I won't ever receive and won't be successful due to scheduling issues. Lastly the customer service email just routes You to call the main number and talk to customer service which then starts the wheels all over again. I have a question for ideal image: if you go to the grocery store and you guys buy a product the grocery store can't tell you that they can't give you the product after you paid. Why did you allow me to pay if you won't give me the product I paid for ? It should not be on me but on you. After all you were so quick to take my money and you are dragging your feet to give people appointments. I have learned my lesson. I will never give anyone money first. Services should come first and then payment. Customer service replied in my review with non existent email address. Again clearly the biggest scam artists.

    I cannot honestly even give them one star but I was forced to choose a rating. HORRIFIC would describe my review the best. I don't even know where to begin with the experience we have had with Ideal Image. I purchased a very expensive laser hair removal package lifetime free maintenance etc. contract for my daughter-Ideals mission statement "to instill confidence, look and feel your best"......certainly is not what we have experienced. My daughters self esteem and confidence has been immensely shattered by her experience. I will attempt to share our story as simply as possible. We did have difficulty getting appointments near us-after I called and complained about this aspect, we were able to get some appointments at two different centers which are about 30 miles apart from each other. My daughter had 4 treatments at two diff. centers with diff. techs-with no issues. On her last visit, she felt the pain was far sharper and questioned the tech as to the setting, etc. The tech assured her all settings were the same as her previous treatment etc. It is important to note her that my daughter is a 3rd year nursing student and is very aware of pre/post laser care. She does not go in sun, use abrasive creams/etc. She follows the care protocol exactly to the T. Immediately after her visit, she phoned me from the train to tell me her legs were burning and this had never happened before. When she got home and was able to remove her pants, both legs from ankle to hip had red swollen marks on their entirety. My daughter was hysterical! We called the center and asked what should be done-my daughter does not have a car and depends on public transportation-in addition this was during test week and she did not have the availablity to go to center in person according to the timeslots they were willing to see her. They told me/us that this was an unfortunate side effect of laser and assured us that it would fade away over the next few days or week. Well, let me tell you-the burns got worse-they scabbed-and a month and a half later they are still present-imagine my poor daughter's self esteem now? I called numerous times requesting to speak with a medical director-I have documented all emails that I sent and all phone calls that I made. A nurse did call me back and assured me again that this was a risk, unfortunately, but it would be fine. I asked about the machine settings etc. and was told they were exactly the same as previous sessions. Basically they took no responsibility and accused my daughter of not following protocol which was so far from the truth. When another week went by and things weren't getting any better, i called/emailed again requesting to speak with someone other than a nurse. I asked for the name of their residing medical director and was told they could not provide me that information. Imagine that? I was given the run around each time I emailed-and called. Only one other time did someone phone me back (while I was in a meeting) and stated they would follow up with an email of which they never did. (again, i have saved all email correspondence between us). Now, given this horrific experience where my daughter was physically burned on both of her entire legs, we were not comfortable ever returning there for services-all the while I still owe thousands to Ally lending. I wanted to bring this to the medical directors attention so that this would not happen to anyone else. I wanted to demand a refund of my money that remained outstanding on this contract-nobody ever in management nor on the medical side had the decency or professionalism to address our concerns. I then went with my dauther to two other laser centers to ask their opinion of what happened to my daughters legs. Both stated these marks covering all of her legs were burns-and that neither of them had ever had that happen to them in sessions with their clients-this was NOT something that was common and this was in their opinion due to user error. We were advised by both of them to call the center to address our concerns-of which I told them nobody cared to discuss this with us. I told Ideal several times that I would have no choice but to inform the public of this horrific experience of which my daughter remains scarred and i am out thousands of dollars. They did not care! I am in the process of seeking legal advice for this entire situation-because they need to be accountable for all of this! Please please please do not use this center-they do not care at all about their patients well-being, confidence, or safety. I'm hoping to add the pictures here to see. I am going to see if it is legal for them to deny me the name of their medical director-i would think consumers have the right to know who is carrying the medical license for such neglectful acts? If anyone is reading this and is filing legal action, please reach out to me in this thread. This horrific place must be held accountable!

I gave it a try, but unfortunately, it didn't help at all. During the cleansing session, I made a big mistake -- I asked if she could treat a small red spot on my face (barely noticeable). She said yes, recommending a laser treatment for only $50. The price seemed a good deal, so I went ahead. Sadly, it had no effect. Two weeks later, I called back. The owner asked me to come in for a second treatment. This time, there was no prep -- no asking, no cleansing, and no discussion of potential side effects. Immediately after, I had a dark purple bruise on my face. She quickly used another type of laser as a form of "makeup" to cover it. I was clearly upset, but she assured me the bruise would go away in three days. It's now been a month. The purple mark turned brown, and it's still very visible. On my last visit (5/14), she admitted she didn't know what happened and told me to see a dermatologist--but also said she wouldn't cover any of the costs. Most concerning: she confirmed there's no machine log to track the settings or energy of the laser used. The machines are over 20 years old, and everything was handwritten, with no way to verify what was done. Yes, her prices are low -- but for a reason. Please be cautious and aware of the risks before proceeding.
