They have a page on their website that says they can provide communication in required formats for people with disabilities, but none of their staff are aware that the law requires this. The webpage saying they provide accessible communication only has a phone number to contact them. It has one e-mail address, but that is for requesting interpreter services, not for general e-mail correspondence from people who need to contact the clinic via text. The website says to use the portal to schedule appointments for patients who are already registered, but the portal is set up so there is no way to request an appointment unless already seen recently by that department. The Patient Relations office has no idea that the ADA exists and told the person to find an abled person to make a voice call for them. The nurses in the departments don't understand what large print is and several of them have provided a legally blind multiply disabled person with handwritten illegible instructions, stating they don't know how where they would type and print instructions to give the person. Their solution was also "can't an abled person just redo it?"

He is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had…read more 1. Knowledge: beyond that of any doctor I have ever seen. He not only knew more than anyone else I had seen, but he also could recognize what he didn't know, and he found out on his own and got back to me. I literally had five different diagnosis from five different doctors. My illness was confusing, and he was the only one to correctly predict what I was going to experience as time went on, and how to deal with (and cure) what I had despite the lack of tests to verifiably diagnose me. He noticed within moments what no other doctor had the insight to detect. 2. Bedside manner: fantastic. I was extremely comfortable. I felt taken care of and respected. He didn't ever oversimplify or dumb down his diagnosis. He was clear, honest, and helpful in describing what he saw honestly and completely and without unnecessary lingo. He made everything extremely easy on me (He partly filled out forms for me so I didn't have to figure it out and he mailed them to me at my apartment (name, type of care etc). It was incredible how caring and how important it was to me!) They really made a great effort to make you comfortable, and give you mental ease while you're sick. 3. Wait time: Above and beyond. I always came in in the morning if I had an appointment, but there were times when I was sick with a fever and just called in hoping to see someone sometime that day. They always got me in right away with maybe a 10 minute wait! It was fantastic. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Goldstein! I am super hard to please and kinda critical in general, but that is especially true when I'm sick. Dr. Goldstein was fantastic. I never had to worry about anything from billing to accurate information to staff remembering my history, to paperwork, to general caring atmosphere, and most of all I had confidence finally that he knew his stuff, and I was going to get well after quite a lot of searching!! My highest recommendation goes to him!

Funny, as I am a married gentile woman in my 40s, I never entertained the thought of an older Jewish man....... But he is quite funny and rather charming, especially when the chaos of the day finally calms down in his office. He looks you right in the eye when he speaks to you and he notices little things that either other people don't observe or don't take the time to mention. Now on to the review: The first time I went to his office I waited for hours, as they were so far behind schedule and my appointment was still mid morning. He did take the time to send me for the tests I necessary; nevertheless, he was unable to diagnose what my particular problem was. He was actually baffled. As the other Yelper indicated, he did not issue and Rx unnecessarily, which is always appreciated and he okayed my to fly. He scheduled a follow-up appointment and sent me for repeat tests, same results and still no idea of what the problem with me ears is. "We", and I say we, because I have been looking for answers as well, have looked into drug interactions and other factors and have been unable to come up with anything. Yet, the problem persists. I have my third appointment coming up soon. If he does not find a solution to my ongoing ear problem (this has been 10 months) ~ I am going to break up with him.....

I have never written a review before and held off on this one for a while but I realized with all…read morethe glowing praise it was my duty to offer my experience. I went to see Dr. Brown a while back as a second opinion, which I disclosed on our first visit, for a sinus issue I unfortunately still suffer from. At first he seemed kind and caring and wanting the best and asked me to keep calling back every few weeks to see how I was doing, which I did. Unfortunately in one of our follow up calls, when I told him I was still seeing my original doctor, he got angry at me and said he would no longer see me anymore, calling it "unethical." I was in shock! I'd never had a doctor speak to me this way. My health will always come before someone's ego. I'll see 50 doctors if that's what it takes. So if you're lucky enough to get the experience others have written about here that's great. Unfortunately Dr. Jekyll became Mr. Hyde to me so just be wary of what you're getting into.

My PCP referred me to Dr. Brown's practice following an MRI and the few weeks of uncertainty of what exactly this tumor was truly was a blur. The second Dr. Brown walked into the exam room I immediately felt comfortable and could sense his confidence in figuring out whatever was going on with me. He did just that and even was kind enough to consider my upcoming (now postponed because of COVID) wedding. He explained the tumor, where it was, the statistics of where it was and how that relates to complications and recovery. He thoroughly explained and was honest with me about the surgery and the high likelihood of temporary and some permanent side effects. He even told me to expect a few side effects he was fairly confident could or would happen. I was nervous, considering I didn't have an ailment needing to be fixed, rather we were doing this so I didn't need to deal with repercussions later. But I knew I was in good hands. Today, I am one week post op. I have not experienced pain. I have zero of the adverse effects that were expected. Well, I guess one but a numb ear is something I can live with and was the least of my concern. It was comforting to know Dr. Brown was just as happy with the outcome of this story for me as I am. Sure, some of it is "luck" as he put it but it's also skill and attention to detail. That meant so much to me. I also want to note that I'm 26 years old but have seen ENT doctors my entire life having been born premature, diagnosed with hearing loss at age 8, and having nothing but ear, nose and throat issues for years. I remember just about every doctor I've encountered and I thought my last physician was the best of the best. I honestly can say, and have told my family and friends, Dr. Brown is tied in my book as the best ENT I've ever had and I'd trust him again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Dr. Brown! Go celebrate this success because you very much deserve it.

Like most parents you are scared your child will go under general anesthesia, will the tubes even work, will it make things better for my child, etc. Luckily we had a positive experience. My child had 9 ear infections in her first year of life. Poor Kid. We saw Dr. Grilli, and after examination he recommended tubes. We then spent a morning at Mass Eye and Ear in the city for the surgery. They certainly cater to children in the facility we were in. They had a nurse in the waiting room, to help make sure your child was adjusting. I was allowed to stay with the baby until the actual surgery itself, and the post operation nurses were great. Even though they deal with this everyday they still understood how hard it is to be a parent of a child in surgery. We took the baby home and by 12 noon she was totally FINE. Very little effects from the anesthesia at all. We did go back to Dr. Grilli for custom made ear plugs a few months later. I can't remember the name of the doctor who made them for us, but she was great with the baby. We had the custom made ear plugs done in less than an hour and ready to use. In her second d year of life she only had 2 ear infections-tubes worked!
