If you are on the fence on finding a dentist or wanting to find a new dentist, congratulations you've just found your forever dentist. I am very picky about dentists, it takes time to build trust and know that you're in good hands. In fact, I kept the same dentist for ten years and traveled over an hour to make each appointment. I was very apprehensive and wanted to stay with what I knew. Life got busier and then COVID hit, I fell behind in my dental visits and I took the opportunity to do some research to see if there was a dentist closer to home. I am so glad I did. I was very impressed at the new technology that Dr. Bartz uses, it definitely made the visit easier and seemed to go much faster. The office was very clean and beautifully decorated, I was very comfortable at all times. The staff was very accommodating and wanted to make sure I was comfortable at all times. My experience with KB Dental and Dr. Bartz was first-rate all the way, I'm thankful to have found a dentist I can trust so close to home.

I cannot believe what I and my family have been through with this place. My husband showed up for…read morean appointment and waited more than a half an hour for his cleaning and his appointment with the doctor. They then informed him after this wait that the doctor (they allegedly have THREE DOCTORS) was out sick and the dental hygienist was no longer there. He waited a few more minutes and then decided to leave. They never contacted him to reschedule. I went in for my appointment after receiving multiple text reminders and was informed upon my arrival that the doctor was out sick so they would only be able to do my cleaning and not any exam and they'd have to reschedule. This is the second time in two months for my family and we're done. Do not go here. There are NEVER ANY OTHER PATIENTS around. I no longer wonder why.
