I actually DO THIS type of work but i was extremely busy at the time and sent my wife. First Text. Asking about prices. No response. Call. Asked about prices and guarantees. Quotes one price at around 120. Take the laptop in person. Sent my wife because i was busy. Relying on this one man. Sees she have a workstation laptop, raises the hell outta the price to 200. Since I sent my wife and she handed it over oblivious. She comes back says it was 200 to resolder a freaking pin? Let me tell you it will take this man 5 mins to finish this task if hes good. 15 if he takes his time. The parts are literally in the dollar amount. Talking about 15 dollars tops and that's generous. Whats actually wrong with Toronto is people like him taking advantage of young people, college students, older people, and non tech savvy people like my wife. This guy absolutely, unequivocally, ripped me and my wife off. Here i am a year later writing this while taking her same laptop for guess what? Repair. Goodluck!

The door was locked. I phoned them again and still no answer. I waited at the door for 45 minutes before giving up. there was no notification on the door either. very bad impression! I wound up going to a shop on Danforth near Lismore. They said it would be fixed by the next day, said they would phone when it was fixed and gave me a rough estimate of under $100. They called me at 1030 the next morning and the price was $67. The PC is now working fine.

I liked that it had a 3-prong plug compared to Toshiba's original 2-prong plug. After 7 months the power supply works perfectly, if anything it runs cooler than the original. For the budget price and the convenience of immediate pickup in my area (versus shipping from an online seller ) I'm very satisfied with what I got. I already have a go-to source for computer repair (Unitak) but if I need parts or accessories this will be my first stop from now on. Razzaks is a long time Flemingdon Park staple selling computers & cell phones as well as parts, accessories and repairs. I remember it starting about 20 years ago as fledgling computer & phone unlocking place that advertised on Craigslist and sold a mostly second hand stuff. The store has really grown up over the years and thriving all this time in a high-turnover plaza it seems their prosperity was likely built dependable products, competent repairs and customer service.

I visited this location last night to return something that was broken when I received it…read more 1st Impression: The store seemed clean but the employees working did not want to take responsibility to make the exchange. They all weren't sure what they were and weren't allowed to do. I even told them another store called earlier and put the item on hold for me and they still seemed unsure. After one of the employees called their manager, they seemed ready to make the exchange. The manager knew about the situation and it was really simple beyond that point. The employees found a replacement item for me and we opened it to make sure it wasn't broken. Then we switched the item really easily. I asked them if there was any paperwork we needed to complete and they said no. Final Opinion: The employees at the source don't have any power but the managers do. They are all unsure about exchanges but in the end it all worked out. Advice: If you need to make an exchange, call first to make sure a manager is there to authorize it. Otherwise you might have to come back another day.

We went in here to see if they has a camera and we walked out with the camera, a new internet service package, two cell phones, and one tablet. All mostly because of the Black Friday sales but also because the sales agent that helped us was the most professional, friendly, and honest sales person I have meet in a while. I know that these sales people are on commission so they want to sell you products and extended warranties among other things. Our sales agent was Farshid, I recommend him highly! Great service, professionalism, good product knowledge, and a great sense of honestly.
