Well they arranged for service on June 20 , not the 21st. I contacted them to correct but they are saying it's my fault. I told them they made the mistake and should reverse charges. I'm currently working to challenge their mistake. I asked them to provide the voice record so I could review and I'm willing to accept charge if I misspoke. No voice recording provided.
