Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

We had a terrible sewer backup issue in our basement where all of the block's nabes' excrements and wipes, etc flooded our entire basement up to 2 inches high in some places. I called them first thing in the morning, and they had Troy come out within 30 minutes, and within 30 more minutes, a whole crew came in their hazmat suits, with a dumpster, ready to clean, demo, and sanitize the place. They also had the nerve of invoicing us a price that was significantly less than a nearby competitor and they gave us a further discount to boot.
