The portion was excellent, but it was overall somewhat average and not up to the standards that I am used to at better hibachi restaurants. The price was slightly lower than it is standard hibachi restaurant where it is served Teppanyaki style, but not enough to offset the loss of the entertainment and the additional food items and service that you receive. Overall, I found things pretty average. Having a $20 plus entrée served on a plastic plate with package plastic utensils just does not seem to scream out value to me. I thought everything was OK but I do not think this will be a place I will frequent.

The service was great, the food came out SUPER quick and everything was made hot and fresh and we almost couldn't believe how quickly everything came out. Multiple servers would stop by our table to see if we needed anything and that was great. Service was a 10/10. Having recently moved to Miami I have been looking for one of those the check off all the boxes. Well, look no further than Z Ramen. My wife and I came by in order to types, our individual favorites. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, which is a wonderful broth that is rich and creamy. It was packed with delicious ingredients, including perfectly cooked noodles, egg, fish, cakes, and more. This is a broth made with pork bone and frankly nobody makes it better than here. My wife ordered the miso Ramen. This is a lighter broth made from miso paste and has a slightly nutty flavor, which really brings out the flavor of the other ingredients. Again, I have not tasted better. As a sidenote, since I originally started this review, I have also tried to shoyu which is made with soy and chicken broth. This one in fact has become my favorite. But as you can see, it is hard to pick a favorite when they are all exceptional. The soup is served at a nice temperature. All of the proteins whether shrimp, pork belly, or chicken (they had more but I did not try those yet) are delicious and cooked just right. And all of the other ingredients are just awesome right down to the noodles. Perfectly cooked. And you have an option of adding more of any of them for a very reasonable cost. Loved it, loved it, loved it. I did notice a lot of other things on the menu. I would like to try them, but I'm not sure I ever will as I will likely stick with the Ramen. Oh yeah, there's also the bubble tea. Probably the biggest and best bubble tea I have had. To be transparent lychee popping Boba did not seem to pop, but it was still delicious. Miami has great Ramen places. This one is just a little greater. Wonderful service and a very comfortable Asian vibe complete the picture and make it an exceptional meal and experience.

The word chirash means scatter and as such, it is typically a scattering of foods on top of a bowl of sushi rice. The ingredients may vary from chef to chef, but the idea behind it is artistry, where the chef scatters colorful fish, egg, vegetables usually garnished with seaweed. There is the Kanto style which is the simpler of the two and the Kansai style which is more elaborate because it adds carrots, burdock root, lotus root, and dried shiitake mushrooms to the mix. But what is common to all chrashi is the scattering of different types of topping. This mess was neither. It is simply a bed of rice topped with masago on a plate surrounded with some sashimi. Not a lot of variety. To their credit, the sashimi was excellent. It was tasty. It was neither aesthetically pleasing or with enough variety to be even close to what other restaurants would call chirashi. As I stated, the quality was great and it was tasty, but it was not what I ordered or expected and was agreed just enough that I don't believe I will go back. Too many other better local choices.

Broth is flavor packed and the contrast of the chicken and pork belly is delicious. Noodles are made perfectly too. I've also ordered the edamame (yummy), Korean chicken wings (so good!), gyoza (basic, but good), Lychee Tea (really tasty) and Curry Chicken Donburi (2 stars). Wasn't a huge fan of the Donburi, but to be fair, it was my first time ever trying it, so I may give it another shot, just to be absolutely sure. Service is good. The employees in the back work hard to get the food out quick so it's hot and fresh every time.
