This is a good place to get some chicken yakisoba. Much better than the one in battleground. They do a good job but I wish the chick men was fresh. I think the chicken was already cooked hours or even days prior to them cooking the noodles. The chicken just taste dry. It's kind of stale and old. It's like it was cooked in the refrigerator and they pulled it out of the refrigerator and added it to the noodles when they are making the noodles. It would be so much better with fresh not already cooked chicken. Just cook the chicken while you're making the noodles and add it to the dish like you do when you cook the broccoli, carrots and cabbage along with the noodles. Thank you. The chicken yakisoba is SO GOOD and the korean fried chicken is a great pick too. you honestly can't go wrong with any of their food. all the workers are super sweet and helpful, and they get the food to you quickly. it's cozy quiet and not ever super packed there. Went here for some takeout and I like it! I got the Teri chicken and katsu combo, sub fried rice, the wife went for the Teri shrimp and chicken combo. We also ordered a side of gyoza. As other reviewers have mentioned, the portions are quite generous. It was enough for two meals for both of us. While a bit pricey, I really like fried rice over white and their fried rice is very good. $40 for two is higher because of the side and the sub. I think prices are going up everywhere. I've been a regular customer for years. 2-3 times per week I stop in for lunch after the gym. In the past year, the dish I order has gone from $14.99 to $16.99, and today $18.49. An over 23% increase in price. Not going to do it anymore. I hope everyone starts voting with their wallets and just starts putting the constant price increases to a halt. I had a bad experience here during the Covid years and was reluctant to come back for a while. Some of the employees at the time were very rude, but my last 2 experiences thankfully have been the opposite. This spot is close to the house and right next to Winco, so it's very convenient for picking up a quick dinner. The food is good. Quality teriyaki and good sized portions. Sure the prices are getting up there like anywhere else, but I feel that the amount of food you get for the price is still worth it. Ichi Teriyaki is the 29th in the chain of locations and is in a very convenient location in Vancouver, WA. They just opened a few weeks ago, and it is a very welcome option. Their food definitely seems to be a higher quality than their other locations as it seems to have much better flavor. Also, a very nice surprise is that you can order anything on the menu with no spice or "crazy hot" (on a scale of 1 to 10). Their crazy hot is VERY hot, and is not for the faint of heart. We found this place near my daughters school. My wife ordered the fried tofu bowl with vegetables. The tofu was excellent and crispy and a generous portion. I ordered the steak teriyaki bowl with brown rice and a small side of kimchi. The steak had a nice char flavor to it with a sweet sauce burnt on. Apparently the kimchi is made Inhouse. It was not too-spicy with a sweet and sour crunch. The small side was enough to be a shareable with the 3 of us. It Mixed seamlessly with the teriyaki and another dab of the house-made chili sauce. This chili sauce has a nice vinegar/sweet kick with a nice garlic tang. It's about 8/10 on the hot scale so turn up the volume slowly. Honestly this is the best meal we've had in weeks. read more

The tofu came soggy and floppy.. unlike the crispy deliciousness we normally get.. they also tried to charge us for teriyaki which no other location does and is in bottles on all the tables to use at your leisure when you dine in.. I always seem to enjoy my food more at this location than the Ichi Teriyaki on 136th and Mill Plain. They serve great sized portions and do not leave you short on meat and make sure you are getting your money's worth. Their teriyaki chicken is cooked to perfection, their katsu reminds me of katsu from a place I ate at in Hawaii and their Orange Chicken isn't the best I've ever had, but I'd honestly prefer it over many Chinese restaurants in the area's Orange Chicken. The pictures are outdated but they have remodeled significantly and is very pleasant to enter. Menu items are easy to order and portions are huge!!! poor customer service. I ordered the T-2 Teriyaki plate paid for extra rice and a side of steamed broccoli. Picked up the order on my lunch break to take back to the office and eat. I watched her check the order before putting it in the bag. But....when I got back to the office and opened my order there was NO rice at all. So I called and was basically told there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to come back for my rice, which obviously was not an option since I used my lunch break to go it. No offer of any kind of monetary reimbursement...heck I would have been pleased with a "hey let us email you a coupon to use next time you come in"...well guess what there wont be a next time. We purchased 3 teriyaki beef and 1 pork egg roll for a total of $41 and change. Took it home and the meat was extremely chewy and the rice was sticky and mushy. Probably the worst ive ever had. Not a good dinner by any means and certainly not a value. I wont be returning. :( read more
