I honestly, really, truly believe that if you need happiness, then you just need ice cream. And not just any old ice cream--ice cream that's been thrown into a pretty glass with loads of other sugary, fatty substances that will give you joy like no other.
Especially when you've experienced the joy of watching lithe ballet dancers spin and throw and sweat themselves all over the dancefloor in the nearby studio of Ballet Philippines, you can get really hungry for more joy in the form of sweets. Icebergs happens to be nearby and is glad to deliver on the sweet front. You can order other "real food" here, but you're probably better off having that meal somewhere else in Harbour Square. Come here for the ice cream.
I can't think of any other place that offers the melange of splits, parfaits, and sundaes that they have. The ice cream itself isn't noteworthy, but with everything else they put on it, it's a pretty good dessert experience. And they are pretty generous with their toppings. I like a good old banana split myself, but their super halo-halo is awesome, and not that expensive as their other items on the menu. read more
