Rink gets way too crowded with little kids who cannot skate, those pushing those PVC pipe rigs and still fall down and a few that feel the need to skate as fast as they can, zigzagging in and out of traffic between other skaters and colliding with others. The skate refs do absolutely nothing but skate around and talk to their friends. Witnessed this crap this evening (03/26/25)..the skate ref or whatever they are called did nothing about it. Left after an hour because someone is going to get seriously hurt sooner rather than later. If you go, don't go when they are busy. They need to limit the number of skaters on the rink. When having to change your shoes or skates, there's usually no place to sit down and do so during these busy times. Had to sit on the ground and do it. Ridiculous.

Totally catered to whatever we needed. Lots of pizza, pop, prizes, etc. And it was totally reasonable in price. When you have 30+ kids under the age of 8 skating around...it requires a lot of work. Luckily I was able to take my group and our money to a different skate center in Crest Hill. I will never spend a dime there again.

There's also a huge overlook where many of the spectators watched from, because the bleachers were not much higher than the glass. The only complaint is that there are only two stairwells to get to the balcony... one on the far side of the ice and one through the bar. Slightly challenging with little ones. As far as the Ninja Park, we didn't use it, but we were able to observe it from the lobby and it is quite the adventure! There were tons of inflatable spaces to jump, climb, and play on. There were long slides and trampoline areas and you could tell the kids were having a blast. The concession stand was hopping, here. The smell of the fresh pizza was awesome. The line for concessions was always packed and the prices were above average, but still reasonable. Lastly, the local police was handing out for a few hours while we were there, so it felt safe.
