Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. The concession stand closed at 8:30 on a Saturday night; the bathrooms had piss all over the floor; they turned on the lights at 9:45 when our party was supposed to be until 10; the girl who told our kids it was time to go was rude to them and us; the pizza for the party came out one at a time and was 20 minutes late. If you don't like children, don't work in a place that caters to kids. The fact that the employees are teenagers, and there were no adults on the premises, is a large part of the issue. The facility is dingy. The foam pits are disgusting. The rock-climbing wall is no longer able to be climbed because all the pegs are out. Update the facility, and train your staff on how to behave in the presence of guests. I don't believe we will be making a return trip.
