This place is amazing if you have small children. It's only $10 for one kid + adult. For the amount of stuff you can do here, it's definitely a great price. There's a huge area for the kids to climb & go down slides. There's also a big connect 4 board, memory game, stepping stones, & balls to play with. Not to mention, if you have smaller kids, they have a little section dedicated to them. If you're looking for something to do with your kids that is fun and worth the money, I definitely encourage you to check this place out! read more

I don't know really because the management does not care about its customers. If you want no help with any part of the party, and are prepared to carry all your party goods that you have to bring including plate straws cups and of course pizza and cake, then you should book here!!!! Spoke to the manager who told me that , when I asked if a handicapped grandparent could use the handicap lift, said 'no'. read more

This place was great and wasn't too crowded. My kids ages 7&8 played in the kid zone. My teenager age 15 played in the arcade area with their dad. We all played laser tag together. I'm just saying what we did while there but we all are able to play in kid zone, arcade area and laser tag!! Food was ok.. nothing to really talk about. Prices are pretty fair. My daughter loved playing here. Unfortunately, only 1 other child came while we played (we were there from 2-4:30), but the staff said that's probably because school just started. We had fun building with the foam blocks. You can't beat the price: $2 for adults & $8 for kids. Just don't forget socks! But if you do, they're only $1 for kids and $2 for adults. Thanks for the cleanliness and enforcing the sock only rule. Well worth the trip from Crown Point. One of the few businesses that caters solely to toddlers. Have to knock 1 or maybe 2stars off unfort. been coming here since they opened & unfort. the last 2times i've came in Oct. & Nov it's been like hour or 2 prior to closing & seems like were Rushed out at least 1/2 hr prior to closing & they are letting the place go down hill :( NO Balls in the Ball pit (they advised me both times they were takin out 4cleaning?) - of course my 3yr old was devastated & kept saying hey lady to the worker Where R the Balls?? & Both sand boxes R gone, 2 outta 3 of the tea cups R ripped out & still not replaced!?. Went from an AWESOME place to a getting Run dwn place Fast! I'm Not even complaining for paying Full price for my kids 2play for only hour /hr 1/2 (then practically pushed out 1/2 hr prior to closing) i understand workers wanna get paid to work and some kids r ruff on stuff but U need to replace broken stuff w/in a timely manner, & pay your employees to clean the balls during NON business hrs. & to stay after the 20min or so After the time U say ur closing so kids can play till at least 10/15 min prior to closing!!.. I will return soon but i HOPE 3rd time w/in a 3/4month span U will Update items removed & broke. i Use to make a weekly trip here all winter now monthly, I Hope doesn't turn into a place I Won't go at all :( read more

We recently stopped in here while traveling through town with our 4-year-old and it was AWESOME! I wish there was a place like this near us. We came a couple hours before closing and our son and his cousin had the place to themselves. There was a ton of stuff for them to do and I loved the way the space was set up. It was easy to keep an eye on the kids while they were in the play structure and easy to see when they were coming out and intervene before they could leave the "play zone" and try to go to the arcade or the bathroom. It enabled the kids to feel like they had some freedom while allowing us to feel like they were safe and protected (even though the place was empty). If we lived in the area we'd be here every week. read more

I don't like the lack of employees walking around and monitoring the place the age difference is kinda messed up... from kids who are just 1 years old to 10 year olds running around is kinda scary. They don't monitor the ages and I really don't want my kid being run over by overzealous big kids that are way too old to be here. I know a lot of kids come in with the birthday parties but still. When they first opened the food in the cafe was actually really good and they had healthier options. Now it's gone downhill. Sad really. read more

My daughters (4&2) absolutely adore this place! So much fun for the kids clean environment I love how they have comfy chairs for the parents to sit in and keep an eye on their littles. Perfect for play dates. It's nice that you can give your little ones a sense of freedom while keeping them safe. Only thing negative I have to say is they should monitor ages I definitely feel like there should be a cut off age. read more

This place was a great way for my 8 year old and 2.5 year old sons to burn off some energy without having to be outside in the cold. My husband, myself, our teenager, and our two boys all had a good time. The play area was clean and although it was a Friday late afternoon/early evening, it wasn't crowded and it was easy to find a space to sit. When you walk in, there is a cafe area where you can buy snacks, food (mostly simple sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, etc..), and drinks. There is a seating area in the cafe, which is in a great position to be able to watch your kids while you eat. The play area has one entrance, which I thought was great, because that meant my busy toddler couldn't escape before I could catch him. We ordered chicken tenders for our boys, along with a pitcher of pop (which is only $4, with .50 cent refills), and then my teenager and I walked to the cafe next door and ordered food for us older people (the cafe was really good. I'll be leaving a positive review on their page as well). I really like that the Cafe next door and fireflies coordinate and allow you to eat food inside of fireflies. That was a very helpful touch, because it meant I could eat food more appropriate for an adult while watching my kids play. Admission is only $8 per kid, and adults are free. Adults are welcome to play, just not in the ball pit, trampoline, or on the toddler slide. I thought this was a great price. They also have laser tag and an arcade available, neither of which we chose to do. The arcade games seem a little bit steep (the ones we looked at all cost $1+ per play), so I'm not sure if that's something we will be doing. Overall, we were very happy with our visit and I now have two wiped out boys who will sleep well tonight. That alone makes it worth it to me. read more

Strict No Outside Food Policy Not even cupcakes when you bring 5 toddlers for an impromptu Monday Night-birthday celebration. It would have been nice to know that before we paid to get in and ordered dinner from their concessions for 5 kids and 4 adults. No exception could be made so we stayed there 2 hours then left so we could have cake at another location. We've hosted several parties in the party room in the past. It's unfortunate their customer service doesn't extend outside of that room. read more

This place is horrific and their management is worst. The staff is extremely rude and unaccommodating. I was so disgusted by the attitude of their manager. We asked to get into our room 15 minutes early to set up our decorations. He greeted me with his nasty attitude. I stated this would be the last time I have a party here, and he said " well, I hope so". Don't waste your time or money on this place for a birthday party. Not to mention, we didn't receive our game cards we paid for until the very end of the evening when the children were already leaving. This place is pathetic. read more

I wish I could give this place a negative score! One of the young workers smacked the hand of a two year old when he put kinetic sand on the ground right after she cleaned the area. This was not my child but happened at a birthday party that my child was at. I'm truly appalled since this is a place for kids you would think that the management would hire a kid friendly staff. Watch your kids very well around the staff if you plan on visiting! read more
