Staff/owner checked us in (reservations are recommended, minimum of 4 people) and explained rules and gave us some clue sheets. After locking us in to "The room of no return" it took us about 10 minutes to figure out anything... then we started to find clues and it took us about 30 minutes to figure out how to use them and we got so close, but dang it time ran out. You do need to work together, listen to each other, think outside the box and dont be afraid to try it. Really fun, definitely worth the $20 per person. We all had a great time and want to go back to try a different room. Will recommend to others...

We visited the Niles Scream Park on a very rainy night with thunderstorms. Our intention was to do…read morethe Haunted House, the Field of Screams and the hayride. Unfortunately all of the outdoor attractions were closed due to the weather. Thus, my rating applies only to the Haunted House. A friend also gave us free passes to the Haunted House, which we ended up doing a second time on the same visit for only $5 each. I was nervous at the start of the evening because this was my first ever haunted house. But it was really fun and just the right amount of scary. The stormy weather added to the ambiance, so we kind of liked it. Fair warning that much of the Haunted House, including the approach, are outside so we did get wet. I'm glad it was open, though. Because it was both early in the season and not ideal weather, it was not crowded. We didn't have to wait in any lines and got to take our time through the house without encountering any other groups ahead of or behind us. We got plenty of great scares! The set design for the Haunted House is great. Good production value with good costuming and makeup. Our group of three, including one haunted attraction connoisseur, were all very impressed with the three dimensional and physical nature of many of the rooms. I don't want to spoil any surprises, but the set design does not stop with the 4 walls. Prices are reasonable at $9-14 for a single attraction or $35 for the "frightful nightful" which includes all of their main attractions. We drove down from Grand Rapids and thought it was worth the drive (and definitely would have been in better weather). Another review mentioned how nice the staff is. I second that--workers were friendly and helpful. The ticket checkers at the haunted house line told us that there are many routes through the house and if we ended up in a place we'd seen before, we could ask to go in another direction. Probably in part thanks to the low traffic, the actors in the house were happy to accommodate our request.

We've been to the one by us in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, but it was exciting to see a new room (Special Ops: Mysterious Market). We loved the design of the rooms as a family of four with an 8 and 11-year-old. Laila and Sydney went out of their way to be incredibly welcoming to us and making sure we had the best time. We were grateful for hints and managed to escape with 8 minutes to spare. Really can't say enough kind things about the staff and room...it was the perfect blend of challenging and exciting for us. Thank you again to Laila and Sydney for being so awesome and turning our day around.

They found a lot of things we adults did not. Listen to the kids! We were tempted to ignore them because "they're little, what do they know." Don't let that be your group's fatal flaw. You aren't actually "locked" in the room. You can leave at any time, so if you have a weak bladder don't worry. There's not much else to say here that won't spoil the fun, but the staff here are excellent and the rooms are well put together.
