Used to be a nice place, this place is filthy! The mats are disgusting! Clearly has not been replaced since the day it opened... the bathroom has dirt on the walls. The slides has visible dirt, you have to buy "gripy socks" now. Hopefully they use the money to clean the place. They need to clean it or Alsip need to get rid of it

This place is a lot of fun for kids. Where they miss the star is all the huge balls of dust you can see in corners and under areas that don't have play stuff. Having said that - I do love this place especially the ninja area , overall great for toddlers through to teenagers There is also an arcade in the building

I found out about this place on Groupon - but I wish I would have heard of it sooner. The outdoor sign is underwhelming and I wouldn't know the business existed unless Groupon gave me the address. Please do more advertising. My two year old loves coming here. She usually has a good time as long as we come as soon as it opens, 11am, when she can play without being overwhelmed. She loves the Dr. Seuss house where she can tear down and build back up the sides of the house, she loves the long wavy slides, and climbing on the area I remember resembling Discovery Zone or Leaps and Bounds. (You'll know if you're a 90's kid). She enjoys the imagination zone but lately there haven't been any items to play with. The ninja worrier area needs a total revamp. Unfortunately once 12pm hits this place is jam packed with unsupervised, careless kids with no-manners. There is zero supervision from the parents, Therefore anyone can do anything. Big kids in the toddler area, kids climbing on top of the pretend city structures. Kids breaking equipment intentionally. Where are the parents? This place is treated like a babysitter and although I don't enjoy many of the play structures being out of use I can certainly see why they all broke so quickly. Possibly instead of blaming the owner for being unable to keep up with the constant destruction, parents possibly watch their children? I do wish there was more cleaning and more upkeep, but i could say the same about every single kids play facility in the area. I see from older reviews what the places used to look like, and it stinks that my kids can't enjoy those things anymore. I honestly didn't even know anything was missing until I reviewed older pictures. But when we are there early in the day we have a great time. It's very sad to see how much the other kids abuse and destroy the equipment and structures. Maintaining that kind of destruction would be impossible. Following back on the cleaning- I did notice some people posting pictures of the foam floor claiming it was filthy due to discoloration- but I can assure you my socks were clean when we left. I am a germaphobe and this place was just as clean as the Children's museum in Oak Lawn. Something being discolored has nothing to do with its cleanliness. If an item is sanitized properly it's reduced the pathogenic microorganisms to a safe level. It does not ensure the color of an item will hold its integrity. In fact using the solvents to sanitize the foam most likely caused the discoloration. I will be returning, early on weekdays- because my daughter does have fun. I wish the owner could find a way to manage the children that cause so much damage- or hold their parents accountable, because it's really not fair to place blame on someone that is only trying to give children a safe fun place to enjoy their day. It's the parents responsibility, again this place isn't your personal babysitter. The staff has always been friendly to us. The food is not exciting- but keep in mind, certain food safety standards must be in place to serve food and if the staff aren't old enough or trained yet they just cant prepare the food, only serve it. Which most likely limits the options. Give a bit of grace to the owner who is trying to give your children an energy outlet. I'm thankful for this place.

Wow after a long time being away because of the pandemic we are back. It is so nice here and clean. The manager Moe is so nice and the rest of the staff is very friendly. I love the fact that is not crowded so less chance of getting sick. We are all following social distancing. The food is great so no need to worry about buying food anywhere else the rides all work

I visited today with 4 kids ages 2-6 and it was unpleasant due to the large crowds and kids way too big to be there.

It was 3-6:30 on a 94 degree Saturday in the summer. Overall, I would take him back, but idk what it would bring. The golf course was OKAY- it's super basic. PROS- the spot to hit from is just the green so it's easy to his from, there's garbage cans throughout, the setup going over bridges and the water is cute, greens seem decently maintained CONS- some of the holes seem like maybe they aren't level with the ground, the water STINKS like dead animal, and it's kind of dirty (balls not picked up at about 2 holes, broken pavers on a few holes, it cost $27??? For my 3 year old and myself for one round), some of the starting points are inclined so balls may roll until stabilized He did enjoy the tunnels and said the slides were fast, but only lasted like 45 minutes in the play area because he wanted to play games. PROS- 3 story with several ways up (ladder, padded bumps, climb stairs), appeared updated, $12 for ages 2-12? And you supposedly get 2 hours , less than 10 kids were there, no one seems to be monitoring time there CONS- hot as hell in there, no one monitoring for simple cleanliness (for example one family kept taking party hats from party rooms and leaving them all over the floor and tunnels), We did the games, obviously. We were able to pay with credit card for for $2 fee and received 90 coins for $22. PROS- cool that it's coins and legit tickets, you cash the tickets in for "dollars", for $22 my son earned 375 tickets which offered a fee wall prizes , CONS- like 25% of the games were marked out of order, this area was still warm but not as hot as the play area

Nice clean space for the little ones to be free and have some good clean fun. She ordered cheese pizza but wanted to continue jumping. She claimed to be thirsty but continued to jump and play. Her only break was for the bathroom then it was back to jumping. My grand baby had such s good time that she was sad to go. Like many others have reported, I was repeatedly overcharged despite canceling my membership. They continued to bill me unauthorized charges totaling $100 over two months. I made multiple attempts to contact them--calling several times only to be met with a full voicemail box, and sending emails that were completely ignored. There was zero effort to acknowledge or rectify the situation. At this point, this is not just an oversight--it feels like outright theft. The complete lack of response from their management makes it clear that this is either negligence or intentional. Businesses that operate this way should not be allowed to continue taking advantage of customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them. There are plenty of reputable alternatives in the area that actually respect their customers. I am disputing the charges with my bank and keeping an eye on other reports of similar issues. If this pattern continues, legal action, including a potential class-action lawsuit, may be necessary. Consumers deserve better than this. Edit - Response to their response 02/26/25 Your response is a generic, copy-paste reply that does not acknowledge the specific issues raised. The fact that multiple customers have reported the same billing problems, and yet your only resolution is to push us through another delayed email process, speaks volumes about your business practices. I've already attempted to resolve this through calls and emails that were ignored. Furthermore, the image of the "Business Owner" on your profile appears misleading, as research suggests a different individual actually owns this location. Really you are race swapping identities? You all are hardcore. If a company cannot even be transparent about its leadership, uses race swapping tactics, how can customers trust it to handle their money fairly? Is my research wrong here? See attached screen shot from 02/25/25. Based on your response I more strongly then ever advise against doing business with them.
