We do tie the pups off to a post in front of us because others with dogs often park or walk nearby and ours are a bit too friendly. When the ticket booth opens, we pay for our tickets and concession voucher. The muffulettas and popcorn are both excellent! We were told we could run our generator before/after the movies but not during...worked out perfectly for us! Although our rig is self contained and didn't use them, bathrooms were nearby and open through the night. The even projected a free Valentines message between films as long as it was received a few days prior. Note: if you don't plan to listen from your car, you do need an FM radio...I don't think they have any of the old-fashioned window hanging speakers.

The popcorn had been popped earlier so it wasn't warm and way too salty. The soda was flat, and the mozzarella sticks were again, salty. Apple Pay doesn't work! Movie started at 8pm and it was still daylight outside. The screen was still dark that no one could actually see the movie until an hour later. The instructions were to turn off the lights and engine, but the people around us had their engines on so the exhaust kept flowing through the lot. I wish there was an attendant that enforced the rules. Overall, it's an experience but they need to do better. I guess this is what $22 gets us.

The arms between seats can lift out of the way if you prefer. The staff is very good about keeping the theatre clean between movies. For the money, this is a best bet for anyone.

I asked about the Mexican Street Corn Gourmet Popcorn. This popcorn option is served in a single or a double size. I decided to try it and ordered a single. I then ordered a large fountain drink. We got the popcorn and were given our cups. The fountain drinks and Icees are self served. There are Coca Cola Freestyle and Icee machines available on both sides of the concession stand. The Mexican Street Corn Gourmet Popcorn was delicious. It was coated in queso and had a hint of jalapeño. The queso did stick to my fingers while eating. Having hand wipes or sanitizer with napkins are helpful to clean fingers until they can be washed. The IMAX auditorium was clean. The seats do not recline but were comfortable. While we were there, we observed a medical emergency. The AMC staff responded quickly and administered aid until Fire Rescue arrived.

There is a lack of training and a lack of proper management at this location. We had a simple issue with a food order this time again that needed to be addressed. When it wasn't corrected when we got the closing bill I approached the manager after the film for help. Even the manager didn't help make it right. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere; save half the price of the movie ticket and go to a family owned theater called West Orange Cinema. They do not have a ticket box office like most movie theaters , if you didn't purchase your ticket thru fandango online you can use one of the kiosk located inside the building or go to guest services to purchase tickets, they do have a snack area to purchase some food items for the movie (popcorn,soda,candy) they even sell blankets for those they get to cold inside the theater. The theaters are nice and can fit plenty off people and like almost any movie place now you have to reserve your seats for the movies, the seats are supper comfortable and are like a recliner you can pretty much fall asleep while watching a movie. The staff here seemed friendly,we had no issues and we were able to sit in our seats a bit early to watch the movie. On Tuesdays they have a discount for movies which is great with how expensive the movies have become plus the snacks are not cheap either.

Ordering from your seats is also a plus. I always feel like this is an experience rather than just going to the movies. This nonprofit just got a big boost with new projectors that can show 70mm movies and a new surround sound system. When discussing projection, the bigger the number, the clearer the picture. 35mm film, in comparison, has a resolution roughly equivalent to 5 or 6K. And 70mm film -- which, as the number suggests, is twice as wide as 35 mm -- has a resolution closer to 16-18K. The new projectors can show both 35mm and 70mm films. I saw the Odyssey at the Enzian during a special showing and it was quite the night out.
