Super easy to access and park. Parking is free. The building itself is beautiful and modern. When you go in, they have a bar setup, where you can get drinks to enjoy before the show either inside or out on the nice terrace. They also have snacks. You can take your drinks to your seat also. We were in the first 3 rows for this particular show and were in padded folding chairs. Further back seats are traditional theater seats. The ushers and staff were super friendly and helpful. The venue has nice views from all over it looks like and the restrooms were bright and clean. We will definitely be back for other shows. When you're done with your event, you are just across the street from Middleton's dining and shopping options - such as Portillo's, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, 24 Middletown, Victory Sports Bar/Grille, and Abbott's Custard. If you want to dry 5 minutes - you can go check out Eastport's new restaurants - Yamas and Prime and Ember and the hotel's roof top bar.

It might feel a little run down in spots, but it's worth noting that they've upgraded their seating, which is a huge plus compared to some other theaters in the Orlando area. The comfortable seats definitely make up for any minor quirks!

I really didnt walk throughout the venue to see it all. My seat was an orchestra seat with a up close and excellent view of the stage. Once i was seated i noticed the stage curtain and seating was dated the seats a red velvet material. Not much room to move around in the seat but plenty infront for others to pass to reach their seat. The concert and sound was AMAZING! I have loved Anita over 30yrs. I hear there is a new theatre near by. I would not have cared if Bob Carr theatre was missing the roof. I was here to hear the sounds of a legend. The concert was all that and some. It was packed! I met fans who flew in from Denmark and all over for this special night. There was No seat left empty! There were no dust particles flying thru the air, just the beautiful sounds of the band and the sultry voice of Anita! I would do it all over again. Once the concert started i never sat down longer than 15 seconds anyway. If i didnt dance a hole in the floor that night i think Bob Carr is built to withstand anything.

In terms of acoustics, I couldn't believe this was a live performance. However, the auditorium is able to seat many people, there is an on-site bar that sells a variety of beverages and sweet snacks/nut blends, and all staff I encountered every step of the way from parking, tickets, bar cashier, to door attendants were kind and efficient. If there is a show/performance I wanted to experience, of course I would return. Note: Alcohol is not permitted in the auditorium.

Saw "Diana, the Musical" and was awed by the amazing voices and performances of the cast. Production was wonderful. Attending the Legally Blonde Jr. Musical with a friend!…read more When I purchased the tickets I didn't pay attention to see that it said "JR" so I was a little surprised at the young cast but it was totally my mistake The theatre was smaller than I expected however I like how close we were and made it feel like we were part of the act. The cast was really good and I had a great time. I look forward to attending another event there maybe a comedy night next time. If you have you do kids or teenagers I'd highly recommend taking them to see this Musical.
