Super easy to access and park. Parking is free. The building itself is beautiful and modern. When you go in, they have a bar setup, where you can get drinks to enjoy before the show either inside or out on the nice terrace. They also have snacks. You can take your drinks to your seat also. We were in the first 3 rows for this particular show and were in padded folding chairs. Further back seats are traditional theater seats. The ushers and staff were super friendly and helpful. The venue has nice views from all over it looks like and the restrooms were bright and clean. We will definitely be back for other shows. When you're done with your event, you are just across the street from Middleton's dining and shopping options - such as Portillo's, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, 24 Middletown, Victory Sports Bar/Grille, and Abbott's Custard. If you want to dry 5 minutes - you can go check out Eastport's new restaurants - Yamas and Prime and Ember and the hotel's roof top bar.

The theater itself is decorated in a western style, as the name indicates. The seating itself was nothing special. They did not recline but were well-cushioned, comfortable, and leather or faux leather. Everything else was standard to a theater. They had snacks there to buy before going in. One of the plays they put on wasn't to my liking, but it had won Tony awards and the performances were excellent. Like most theaters, they do a combination of newer and classic plays. They have a program for kids also. There is usually an intermission where they serve a limited selection of drinks and snacks. The theater is worth supporting, and once I am past some medical issues I plan to become a subscribing member.

Brick roads, historical features and architectural details; one such as myself can learn to appreciate the history of the early 1900's. This building was the original State theatre and was renovated a couple times. The building itself is very clean and they've done a great job with cleanliness and upkeep, I applaud management for that! I even enjoyed their bathroom! Their service was very friendly and their staff just charming! I loved how the lights would blink just before the show begins before and right after intermission. We arrived to attend The Memphis Musical performance to support a friend and it was amazing! We plan to attend again and again. I love coming out of the norm to support the arts instead of just watching another movie. Their website just made everything so simple. We were able to easily select our seats and pay for them online. The box office holds your tickets near the front door with your last name as the reservation. Loved that! The show was sold out but we were able to purchase front row seats a few days earlier! Just visit: www.baystreetplayers.org. A perfect evening for a great date night or viewing with friends. I recommend to pre-purchase tickets online, bring cash-in case you need a snack during the intermission, and walking shoes -in case you need to park far. There's street parking only.

The actors tried their best however the dialogue was very bad and hard to follow. The $35 per ticket experience included one alcoholic beverage, and a hors d'oeuvre plate which consisted of sliced pepperoni, cubed cheese, salami, and a couple of crackers. During the murder mystery the generator on the train lost power and we were in the dark without air conditioning for 20 minutes. The experience was a very very long 90 minutes. I have to give the actors a thumbs up for trying however I would not recommend this to anyone unless you're a train enthusiast

The next 40 minutes was a ridiculous, preposterous melange of rock music which had nothing to do with Christmas Carols. The postulate was a group of losers hanging out in a bar on Christmas eve. There were NO "carols". Just some loud rock music for musicians to show off. Then, finally, the last 20 minutes was back to what was advertised. Christmas Carols! I would not recommend attending ANY show produced or directed by Alex Santoriello. You will NOT get a show anything like what is advertised. See any other show. You might actually get what you pay for.
