I rate this a 3.5. Açaí bowl was gas, it was layered with peanut butter, granola, honey, and fruit. Took some time to make, but no complaints of it taste this good. This establishment also does a bang for your buck 2 dogs and a beer. Dogs were a little undercooked but can't go wrong with that. We stopped recently to get our ice cream fix!!! Ice cream in the winter in New England is pretty scarce, but this place is open year round. We met one of the owners and she was very welcoming and offered us tastes of some unusual flavors that they have (all homemade). I opted for vanilla as they were a little bit too sweet for my taste. 100% average and nothing special My daughter and I decided after seeing the website specials to take the 12 mile drive today and see for ourselves how good the Ice Cream Pharm is. To start, it's pretty inconvenient they only serve starting at 3pm- it should be open by 1pm imo Now to our ice cream choices: My daughter was excited to try the ADVERTISED SPECIAL CARAMEL HEATHBAR CHOCOLATE CHIP Only to find when we arrived exactly at 3pm to be told they didn't have any. Seriously? The owner didn't have the consideration to check before opening that their website advertised special was not available? Hmmm. So my daughter tried a hot fudge Sundae with the graham central station. I had the Blueberry crumble, Sadly Neither of us were impressed. The ice cream was nothing special and bland. At $9 per Sundae we expected much more and the whipped cream wasn't even thick - I expected home made for that price. We went on a Wed night and it wasn't crowded. Some people have given a mediocre review because they had to wait awhile. The kids that work there are doing the best they can so cut them some slack. Out ice cream was wonderful, obviously homemade. I had blueberry crumble and my dad had Reeses PB cup. The portions are really big. I wish they had a kiddie size because a generous 8 oz cup is a ton of calories. Support local business. Come with a generous attitude during a pandemic and keep this place open. Stopped here while I was back home visiting from Atlanta, as this place had just opened before I made my move down south. The staff was so kind and after realizing I hadn't been in before, they let me sample a bunch of different flavors! Definitely a unique place and really awesome to have somewhere like this in Dudley. Ice cream and smoothies were on point, but I've been here twice in the last 2 months. The first time I brought a bud light (my wife and kids got ice creams and a mixed drink smoothie), drank half of it, thought it tasted a little off and looked at the expiration which was Jan 2022 (over 6 months expired). I didn't raise a huge fuse but I did inform the cashier as an FYI that their beer was expired. I went back a month later (we're local, kids wanted ice cream - which was fine), asked for a bud light but asked the cashier to look at the expiration and was told it was Jan. 2022. I'm a fan of drinking anything, but it's reckless and unethical for a business owner to knowingly sell expired products. Disappointed to have a local place with a liquor license that sells good ice cream and mixed alcoholic smoothies but knowingly sell expired beer. read more

Living in town it was great to see an Ice cream joint open up! My kids and I decided to finally go and see what the rave was about! I got a hot fudge sundae, chocolate shake and my daughter just chocolate and vanilla ice cream. I have to say, given the price, I was a bit disappointed. The hot fudge wasn't that great, the ice cream itself had a weird flavor to it. My daughter felt the same, she LOVES ice cream but she cousins finish hers which was a first. I was left with the shake which was a huge letdown. I was really counting on that to change my mind. Hate to say it, even Friendlys taste better. First time trying the Ice Cream Pharm. Last time trying the Ice Cream Pharm. Waited 25 minutes to get our very simple ice cream order. We've never waited that long for ice cream in our lives (3 adults). Very pricey ($6 regular size) so we expected it would be the best ice cream ever. Wrong! Coffee Crunch was without anything crunchy in it. Black raspberry chocolate chunk had tiny chocolate shavings, not chunks. Both were very soft and dripping out of the cups. Glad we didn't order a cone. Staff was very disorganized. People who came in after us (2 parties) got their orders before us, and a couple of them weren't correct. Skip this place. There are other places not far away that offer better ice cream, a larger menu, portions representative of price and much better service. read more
