This is a great walk-up ice cream shop. The menu is limited, as you would expect, but what is offered is great. Sundaes are, for example, straight forward. You chose the ice cream flavor that you want from those that are available that day, you chose the topping, if you want nuts they are added at no extra cost, the sundaes come with a whipped cream topping and a cherry. You can't ask for more. The "atmosphere" is exactly what you want from a walk up ice cream stand. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. there are benches you can sit at (weather permitting) and you get a view of a golf driving range - very pleasant. As for pricing I got a small (but generous for being small) hot fudge sundae for $6.75 (tax included). As for tipping, the tip jar is very obvious and, since you are just picking up what you ordered I am not sure that a tip is appropriate but it is not a big deal and you certainly have no obligation to provide one if you chose not to, but you help the staff pay tuition. First I'll say I absolutely love their icecream. I come here several times over the summer. I love their peanut butter sauce and hot fudge. However....the portion size is different each time I go. I always get a large and some days I'll get two scoops, some days I'll get three and some days it's towering over the cup. I just wish it was consistent each time I go. All depends on who's scooping. The last three weekends I went I have to say I was quite disappointed. I always ask for extra peanut butter sauce and hot fudge. Last three times I barely got anything. They'd drizzle the top with each to make it look like you got the extra you paid for but in reality it's just that, a drizzle. I always ask for NO nuts and for some reason, they put nuts on it. These teenagers need to READ the slips! NO nuts and extra sauces especially if I'm charged for the extras. I'll try Bogeys one more time before they close for the season. If my order is still incorrect, I'll just start going to the others that are local. read more

Final review of 2022 goes to this incredible shack! I rarely get the food here, even though it is really delicious and typically involves a deal of some sort. The ice cream is the show stopper for me! First off, unless you want to go into diabetic shock, get the KID size. Not small, not medium, KID! It is more than a heaping serving that I struggle to finish. They offer seasonal delights, whether in the dog days of summer or heart of fall. In the fall they offer a pumpkin Oreo ice cream that may be deemed heaven sent!! Small place adjacent to a golf course and driving range serving up HUGE portions of Richardson's Ice Cream. I definitely recommend getting the smallest size possible because I got a "small" and it was literally 5 scoops of ice cream. The ice cream is pretty solid. I got their chocolate chip ice cream and their were plenty of chips in it. They also make their own waffle cones, but beware because mine was pretty soft and there was no way that it was holding all of the ice cream that they gave me. Thankfully they gave me the ice cream in a bole with the waffle cone placed on top. The only seating around is at a couple of picnic tables that are right behind the driving range, which I imagine could be a fun place to sit when people are using it...too bad it was raining today... You get so much ice cream for your money. I have always gotten a great ice cream. We went last night with Cub Scout Pack 66 and many of the families had dinner before we all had ice cream. I have never had any of the actual food so this review pertains to ice cream only. Yay! Free ice cream. Or at least ice cream so cheap that it might as well be free. I think its $2 for a kiddie sized cup or cone. There is nothing kiddie sized about it. I usually cant finish it. Its a LOT of ice cream. And good quality ice cream too! They have a great selection of flavors. I believe they use Richardsons ice cream. Really tasty stuff. And its about half the price of all the other ice cream stands. You cant go wrong here. Get a cup or cone, with free sprinkles (or "jimmies" if you're a real die hard New Englander), get a seat on one of the benches, eat your free ice cream and watch golfers swing at the driving range. I also really appreciate the outdoor sink for washing the ice cream off your hands since the overstuffed cup will undoubtedly drip onto you somehow. read more

They're satisfying, filling and tasty. If you're really feeling hungry and not worried about dessert, order the Bogey's Basket -- two orders of fries, an order of their wicked good onion rings and a cheeseburger on top, all for about $9.00. Alas, you cannot take the basket itself home with you, but they will give you a take out container if you can't finish it. The girls have always been nice and polite and the owner is very welcoming. She usually comes to check in and make sure everyone is okay and the boat is running smoothly every night before closing. Price for serving, you can't beat it and the quality is good. Good for an early evening dinner into nighttime, as they close at 9pm. Heads up, bring bug spray or long sleeves as the mosquitoes are pretty nasty once the sun goes down due to the pond nearby. Best Ice Cream Stand in the TRI-CORNERS. As other reviewers have said if ordering a sundae get the kiddie size unless you want it big get the small and over the top get the medium.
