So far, I've worked out with some great coaches: Chris, Joseph, and Jess. There's no particular order of favorites but I will say, my top coach has the best playlist. Other than that, with every coach I've worked out with, they are informational and they know what they're doing! So yes, the staff is friendly, motivational and knowledgeable. Timeliness and organized, I can only talk about this location, I've never been to any other OT gym, but they are very timely and organized which helps me out a bunch! I don't need to plan my workouts or time them, I just need to make sure I put something in my stomach for a pre-workout, drink water and show up! It just makes things so much easier for me. You may have to pay higher than what you normally pay at a normal gym, but it's all worth it. Do I see results? Yes, I do. I see my body changes, I see my heart changes for the better and overall health has improved. I see myself attending classes at least 3 times a week. From the first time I walked in I felt a sense of community and was welcomed warmly by not only the staff but other members! The coaches push you to be the best version of yourself, aim to help keep you healthy and motivated in every class and are not afraid to correct you if your form is off. Which is great because they don't want you hurting yourself. I can definitely see myself continuing to be a member for as long as I can and over the last few months have already noticed a difference in myself and what I am capable of. Well a week later, the charges go through, but not a single member of their team called me to ask when I want to schedule my next class, or even let me know that my membership was activated. Well once it was processed, no one followed up with me to see which classes I would like to join, instead they billed me for three months straight. When I had finally noticed and called, stating I had never attended a single class, the manager (Chris) told me that because I signed an agreement, that nothing can be done. Not a penny can be refunded or any credit be applied to future months because I signed an agreement-though I was told at the time the agreement is not valid (lack of payment). So in other words, they seem to be very courteous and friendly during the intro class; however, after you've signed an agreement, it's a whole another story. They don't seem to remember telling me that my membership was not good Bc of lack of payment; however, once it processed, they never let me know, instead just billed me. I had to call myself to confirm the details and anyone I spoke to gave no concern at all (Jesse and Chris). The instructor (Prentice), the general manager (Chris), and the girl who signed me up (Katelyn), not one person made a single form of contact for three months to let me know I had an active membership. They simply mentioned they would pass it along and emailed me the information for the owner (Bill)-whom has yet to respond. I will be escalating this further on my own, but I think the world should know how this place actually operates. **WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM A BUSINESS WITH SUCH DECEPTIVE PRACTICES**

I highly recommend anyone whether new to kickboxing or experienced to check out this gym. Coach Eddy has truly been amazing and checked up on me regularly (but not too much by any means). I mainly attended Coach Sarah's classes and she was truly soooo awesome, she always brought such great energy, I truly enjoyed taking her class!! The only reason why I had to stop was because I'm pregnant and can barely keep any food down, so it was just unsafe for me. I contacted Coach Eddy to let him know and he canceled my membership with no problem and I never got charged again. I've heard of gyms still charging after cancelation, you definitely won't get that here. Please just remember to let them know around that 30 day mark. I also want to add, that I was still working out early in my pregnancy and informed them about it. They were so great, with making sure that I had everything I needed and checking in on me to make sure that I was ok. Knockout fitness really have such a great environment and it does feel like a team and family. I can't wait to come back once it's safe for me to do so. Also, I did lose 12lbs in 2 months of training there. I'm sure it would've been more if I wasn't on soooo many hormones. When I spoke with the owner about it that same day, and again with my wife and I the next morning (today) we asked that our 15-year old son be moved back into a class that was age appropriate. Our son is 6 feet tall and 190 lb by the way. When the facility owner continued to try to justify the new program that resulted in this and repeatedly REFFUSED to place him back into his old age appropriate class (that was also training that same day) we told the owner we would have pull him from the class if he could not train and attend his normal practices WITH HIS OWN AGE GROUP, The owner responded by saying, "Then pull him from the program". So we in fact did that just moments ago. I have more I could, say but will reserve those negative concerns as I don't want to pile on, but clearly have an overall different opinion of this venue now that I have been able to see things over a longer course of time. I've been to many crossfit gyms over the last few years and this is by far the best one. They focus on the original Idea of crossfit, "Lots of pushups, pull ups, situps, burpees, etc" instead of the the heavy lifting 145lb snatches you would see at other crossfit gyms. Which helped me with alot of my military fitness tests over the last year and half and to me, seems more practical. Now that I am home for the time being, I go here almost everyday. Its so addicting. On a side note, I was in a bad car accident in March, ended up gaining 40lbs. Went back in July and have worked out almost everyday since and I lost those 40lbs and not to mention Im stronger than I ever was before. I never thought I would be able to do the things I was able to do before my accident ever again but John and the rest of the coaches motivated me everyday and for that, I am forever grateful.
