I signed up for the 6 week transformation offer. Week 2 has come and gone. Camt wait for week 3 to begin. These workouts are not for the weak minded so dont expect to walk around the gym, chit chatting and looking cute. Be prepared to work your ass off. Daniel and his team don't allow quitters, but they do allow you to find yourself, and your "niche". Yes you're going to do pull ups, and burpees, and mountain climbers and whatever else you hate doing and You're going to be doing A LOT of them. You'll probably feel like quitting. DONT, because you've got a whole support team guiding you on your health journey. Just remember, your workouts wont get easier, you'll just get stronger. Also, if you're a commitmentPhobe, they offer 14 days FREE. No gimmicks, no harrassment or guilt.

I've been attending this location for over a month now and I was very skeptical at first. Why?…read moreBecause I've never been dedicated to a work out routine more than 6 weeks in my life, by myself. The whole system of accountability in the Orange Theory App, the classes you sign up for, the coaches, and most importantly.....myself. Great location, the staff is friendly, from the front desk people to the Coaches. I've never had a bad experience here. I've only had great moments. So far, I've worked out with some great coaches: Chris, Joseph, and Jess. There's no particular order of favorites but I will say, my top coach has the best playlist. Other than that, with every coach I've worked out with, they are informational and they know what they're doing! So yes, the staff is friendly, motivational and knowledgeable. Timeliness and organized, I can only talk about this location, I've never been to any other OT gym, but they are very timely and organized which helps me out a bunch! I don't need to plan my workouts or time them, I just need to make sure I put something in my stomach for a pre-workout, drink water and show up! It just makes things so much easier for me. You may have to pay higher than what you normally pay at a normal gym, but it's all worth it. Do I see results? Yes, I do. I see my body changes, I see my heart changes for the better and overall health has improved. I see myself attending classes at least 3 times a week. OT makes things simple and this location is just a great place to be.

I went here for a few months and will say that this is the best kickboxing gym that I've ever been…read moreto! I highly recommend anyone whether new to kickboxing or experienced to check out this gym. Coach Eddy has truly been amazing and checked up on me regularly (but not too much by any means). I mainly attended Coach Sarah's classes and she was truly soooo awesome, she always brought such great energy, I truly enjoyed taking her class!! The only reason why I had to stop was because I'm pregnant and can barely keep any food down, so it was just unsafe for me. I contacted Coach Eddy to let him know and he canceled my membership with no problem and I never got charged again. I've heard of gyms still charging after cancelation, you definitely won't get that here. Please just remember to let them know around that 30 day mark. I also want to add, that I was still working out early in my pregnancy and informed them about it. They were so great, with making sure that I had everything I needed and checking in on me to make sure that I was ok. Knockout fitness really have such a great environment and it does feel like a team and family. I can't wait to come back once it's safe for me to do so. Also, I did lose 12lbs in 2 months of training there. I'm sure it would've been more if I wasn't on soooo many hormones. It truly is such a great place for a great workout, getting healthy, and losing weight or building good muscle.

BEST KEPT SECRET?? Not really. (A reference to my 2023 posting)…read more After almost 3 years of my high school age son taking lessons here he was suddenly and unexpectedly placed into a class of about 18 children about 6-7 years old. When I spoke with the owner about it that same day, and again with my wife and I the next morning (today) we asked that our 15-year old son be moved back into a class that was age appropriate. Our son is 6 feet tall and 190 lb by the way. When the facility owner continued to try to justify the new program that resulted in this and repeatedly REFFUSED to place him back into his old age appropriate class (that was also training that same day) we told the owner we would have pull him from the class if he could not train and attend his normal practices WITH HIS OWN AGE GROUP, The owner responded by saying, "Then pull him from the program". So we in fact did that just moments ago. I have more I could, say but will reserve those negative concerns as I don't want to pile on, but clearly have an overall different opinion of this venue now that I have been able to see things over a longer course of time. Not to mention the other parental stories I have heard. Thus, I felt the need to clarify my first posting, which has obviously changed. The positive....., the facility is nice! My daughter is still enjoying her classes as a blue belt and just moved up to the Elite Leadership program where there is a formal plan in place for her to earn her junior black belt (if she sticks with the program) by the time she is 12-in about 3 more years. For comparison's sake, you need to be a minimum of about 16 y/o with maximum proficiency (on demand) in a documented list of about 150 skills, forms and techniques to earn an adult black belt in Kenpo Karate in this program. I have seen other programs advertised locally where you receive a black belt in 3 years. I have a hard time believing that any child would have the life-skills to achieve such a lofty goal especially after seeing the work that everyone puts in here. The students work hard because things aren't dumbed down for them and they like the challenge, the instructors push in a healthy way while holding everyone accountable for strong, technically proficient techniques while at the same time making things fun.
