The whole system of accountability in the Orange Theory App, the classes you sign up for, the coaches, and most importantly.....myself. Great location, the staff is friendly, from the front desk people to the Coaches. I've never had a bad experience here. I've only had great moments. So far, I've worked out with some great coaches: Chris, Joseph, and Jess. There's no particular order of favorites but I will say, my top coach has the best playlist. Other than that, with every coach I've worked out with, they are informational and they know what they're doing! So yes, the staff is friendly, motivational and knowledgeable. Timeliness and organized, I can only talk about this location, I've never been to any other OT gym, but they are very timely and organized which helps me out a bunch! I don't need to plan my workouts or time them, I just need to make sure I put something in my stomach for a pre-workout, drink water and show up! It just makes things so much easier for me. You may have to pay higher than what you normally pay at a normal gym, but it's all worth it. Do I see results? Yes, I do. I see my body changes, I see my heart changes for the better and overall health has improved. I see myself attending classes at least 3 times a week. OT makes things simple and this location is just a great place to be.

Peter is my regular trainer, and he's great at facilitating the group reformer classes when there is a wide level of experience in the class. Shannon has some challenging moves, but a great eye to tell you whether you're ready for that one or not! She is also incredibly friendly, in fact the whole staff is. If you're looking for a more challenging workout, be sure to train with Ariel; he does master trainer classes many mornings. All in, this is the best studio I've been to - and if I were to open a studio, I'd want it to be like this one.

Just over a month ago I decided I had enough of being unhealthy and overweight, but I had tried so…read moremany times to exercise and lose weight on my own just to end up failing after a few weeks. This time, after caring for my mother and grandfather after their strokes, and knowing my father had poor health at a young age, I was determined to make a change, but I needed a little help. I needed someone to help me with accountability, because I could give up and effect no one but myself. I looked at personal trainers in my area and found one that I considered, but saw the second personal trainer in the search and really liked their website and services they offered much better. I was timid and unsure of what to expect, but I mustered the strength and made the call to BeFIT Health Studio. Jeremy answered and he said everything I needed to hear. It was practically a done deal. We met and I really loved the studio, and Jeremy was so nice and compassionate that I didn't feel any embarrassment or shame. I also felt no pressure to sign up. The studio is not a big place that has dozens of people all at once that made me feel uncomfortable of myself. I was ready to sign up and pay right there, but he made me come back for a first "session" to be sure. Little did he know that nothing could have changed my mind at that point. Now, after three months I've lost over 40lbs, but more importantly, I have so many non-scale victories that I feel so much better. My heart function has improved, my glucose is no longer in the pre-diabetic range, and my cholesterol has significantly dropped. I am fitting into smaller clothing now and I noticed that I have more energy. I also find myself standing up straighter when I'm sitting or walking, and overall happier. While at the studio with Jeremy, we don't just exercise, we also discuss ways to find balance with eating, activities to continue the progression outside of the studio. This is going to be a long road, I'm no where near the end, but I feel so much better that I could cry tears of joy. I am so glad that I finally made the commitment to get healthier and find the help that I needed to get there. I couldn't have done it on my own without someone helping me to be accountable and pushing me forward. It does helps to have a little ass-kicking now and then.

Honest Review - Club Pilates Lake Mary & Altamonte Springs…read more I've been going to both the Lake Mary and Altamonte Springs Club Pilates locations (same owner). I truly enjoy Pilates and there are a couple of instructors who are amazing -- they know how to teach, motivate, and push you just enough. But overall, my experience has been disappointing. Many classes feel repetitive, using the same exact exercises regardless of the class level (1, 1.5, Sculpt, etc.). Some instructors rush through movements or give little explanation -- by the time you figure it out, the class has already moved on. Some days it honestly feels like I didn't get a workout at all. Then come the unfair fees: I was charged a "late check-in" fee even though the Lake Mary studio's check-in tablet has been broken and never replaced. Another time, I was charged for a class I never scheduled -- and when I disputed it with my bank, they added a $25 dispute fee. Even though I pay $200/month, they suspend your classes until every little fee is paid, even when the charge was in error. I love Pilates and the potential this franchise has, but members deserve fair treatment, consistency, and accountability. I hope management listens -- because when it's good, it's really good. Consistency, fairness, and communication matter -- especially when clients are paying premium prices.

If you're looking for a good reformer style workout, I wouldn't recommend Club Pilates as you won't see results. However, you may become more flexible. I suppose Club Pilates is good for someone who's looking for physical therapy movements rather than a workout. Also, the music can be very slow tempo and cause the workout to be very boring.
