The gym experience and classes they offer are great! No issues with that. However, staff here are…read morenot fully trained or are trained to take advantage of their members. My son (a minor) recently went in person, as requested by staff on the phone, where he was advised that he needed to make another payment, which was never explained to him what it was for, they charged him $19.36 which I must point out is $2 more then his monthly membership. Fast forward a week I was charged another $17.23 for his membership. When he went up there they told him they were "investigating" and would call me back. Here we are another 3 weeks later with no word from anyone at Crunch fitness and now they have no history of the $19.36 payment he was "required" to pay when he requested to cancel, the staff member who "processed" the cancellation DID NOT fully complete the process so a cancellation was never sent to my email. I just got off a phone call with the "General Manager" John and he was especially UNHELPFUL. The call started what I thought helpful and understanding, until he started to speak to me in an absolutely condescending tone, unwilling to "meet me in the middle" on a clear clerical error on HIS EMPLOYEE's part. I have never had this many issues in canceling a membership or have been treated with such disrespect.

Listen to the video and explain to me who can relax or concentrate during yoga in this atmosphere?!?? I spoke to V at the front desk - 2/05 - 7pm And she didn't care nor lowered the volume. I spoke with Bruna after class and she said these are corporate rules. Pathetic. I earlier praised this location for being respectful to people's ears and now they are doing the same as east colonial just because they think it's cool

Fantastic gym. I'd hate to call it a CrossFit gym, because they offer so much more than CrossFit. I…read morehave been going to this gym for three years. There are many clients that have been here as long, or longer than me. I appreciate the classbased teaching, with an individualized touch. The coaches and owners know my name. There is such a sense of community here. I have a complete home gym, but I still love coming to CrossFit EW for the community and a class. I certainly push myself more in a group situation, and I appreciate the coaches watching each one of us, giving tips and tricks and pointers. They won't even go so far as to tell you how much weight to lift or give you additional exercise options if you're not comfortable with a particular exercise or if you were not very proficient in a particular exercise. I appreciate their expertise. This gym is not a typical CrossFit gym because it has a towel service, clean bathrooms, clean showers, plenty of parking, as well as a small bar area which serves protein shakes to order. The equipment is in good shape, and there is plenty of equipment for everyone in the class. You also don't have to clean up after yourself, like some CrossFit gyms, this place has a cleaning crew and the coaches are very good about keeping it clean. Of course you have to return your own equipment, you can't leave it sitting out, but those are the same rules for any gym. There are new monthly challenges, a whiteboard to post your personal goals, and fun member events sporadically throughout the year. This is a great gym to start your journey of fitness. They focus on physical and mental well-being, exercise, and nutrition. There are so many different classes and courses available, as well as individualized training. Stop by, and check this place out. We are certain to say hello and make you feel welcome. I want you to love this gym as much as I do

Two of my girlfriends have been going to Melissa for a few months and they look fantastic. I…read morefinally went with them last night and JEEZ, am I feeling it today!? The training studio is behind an office park and if you didn't have the address plugged into GPS, you'd never find it. It's not a place you'd see driving down the road. It is small, but has ample room to workout. Class sizes are limited to, I think, 10 people max, as it's more personalized than a group fitness class at a gym. It's a cross between personal training and group fitness. The class I attended was cardio and abs. The room was set up with 8 different stations and Melissa shows us how to do each of the exercises. You'd do each one for 3 minutes and then you'd have 30 seconds to catch your breath, grab a drink of water, and move to the next station. Once the 8 cardio stations were complete, we moved on to abs, where it was set up the same way. I definitely felt like I wanted to die, but in a good way, if there is such a thing! My lungs were on fire, I didn't bring enough water and it was embarrassing how badly out of shape I am. (Ok, embarrassing isn't the right word, but I was very conscious of my body and the areas I need to work on!) The prices aren't bad either. It's $7.50 a class and you sign up and pay online, so you don't have to worry about carrying cash. www.sassfit.com I will definitely be going back once I can walk again! ;)

I have in the past kept with something maybe 3 months and then eventually tired of the routine.
