She is efficient, listens to her clients, and does what she can to ensure you achieve the lash look you want. She's a great conversationalist and makes you feel like you're hanging out with a dear friend. Most importantly, she does EXCELLENT work and my lashes last 3-4 weeks! I personally have very particular about the natural look - I typically get D curl and 0.12 thickness lashes which is NOT a commonly stocked lash. The results are fantastic and last just as long, if not longer that waxing. The salon suite is clean, and quiet as there is usually just me and her. I have been able to get a same day appointment, pop in - get serviced, and on my way in less than 30 minutes. I also like that now, the access to the Sola Salon Suites is locked and access is granted by the business you are visiting.

She did a very good job of making sure she showed me pictures and understood what I wanted. The full set takes about 2 hours. The owner MiMi, contacted me via text about 2 weeks later to see if I was ready for a fill. There was some back and forth about the date and time and in the end I just kind of, popped up at the shop. Mimi had someone come in to assist me. I wasn't 100 percent pleased with my fill (the technician did what I requested but I wasn't prepared for the dramatic change and panicked!) I communicated that I wasn't sure I liked this particular look to MiMi later on that night. She contacted me the next morning to schedule me to come back in so that she could revise my lashes. I actually ended up seeing Emmy (Mimi herself wanted to assist me but due to a scheduling conflict, I requested and earlier appt and Emmy was available)... she was awesome(again!). The lashes have amazing staying power. You could probably go 3 to 4 weeks before you NEED a fill in, albeit with a few lashes gone. Emmy is now the only technician I will book. She is super sweet and will make sure you are happy! Emmy and Mimi, your customer service is A++++! Pro-tips - bring a sweater or wear long sleeves..the room gets very cool. - bring an ipod/phone with earbuds. I listen to a comedy station but next time I may try white noise to catch a few zzz's. -bring particularl looks in and communicate EXACTLY what you want. - purchase the cleanser they sell for the lash extensions

Not only did I get duped and overcharged (she removed…read morelashes from one of my eyes and charged me for a new set without warning) but I also had a terrible reaction to the glue she used! I had to go to doctors for treatment and removal and could not see or work for a week. It was the worst experience! There was no offer of refund (partial or full). She did not even respond to anything for days. Absolutely AWFUL!
