I also asked for a face frame and I don't think she knew how to do it. And this was a high price salon. I had two more cuts after that we're not so hot. I found this salon searching for "specialists in long hair." Dominque cut my hair, slowly, precisely, letting me know what she was doing. She asked questions the entire time about how I wanted it. She'd had bad haircuts in the past too. The result is a lovely cut. I have to let some mistakes grow out but now you can barely see them. I'm happier with my hair now than I've been in about three years.

I am so glad I took the risk because now this is the only hair salon I will go to for cuts and color because of the amazing Tom! I have not dyed my hair in over 16 years and wanted a change and I knew Tom was the person that could touch my virgin hair, haha! He's been giving me amazing cuts and I was very confident he would deliver and would know exactly what would look good on me. I did a partial balayage back in July (starting out small since it's been a while) and have been getting glazes every 7-8 weeks. My hair has never felt healthier. I used to be one of those gals that would wait forever to get a haircut and have tons of split ends. Ever since Tom - I've been visiting on a routinely basis with trims and glazes and I love the way my hair feels. I trust Tom completely with my hair and now during every visit I will just ask him what he thinks would look good and go with that :) Whenever I have a special event, he'll make sure he dolls me up. He's amazing, he's the curl and color expert! Salon is pretty spacious, clean and can get very busy on the weekends - you definitely need to schedule an appointment.
