I take my two standard poodles here to utilize their self wash option. They are pleasant to work with and answer questions and accommodate our needs. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to save some money and their tubs are elevated which puts less stress on your back. read more

I used the self dog wash service for my German Shepherd. When I arrived, I was greeted and told it would be $20 and that everything I needed was provided, which sounded great at first. However, once I started bathing my dog, I realized the shampoo was extremely watered down, and there were only two brushes available. I always use conditioner on my dogs, but when I asked for some, they told me it wasn't included. Instead, I'd have to go across the street to their store and buy it, which wasn't really reasonable in the middle of a bath. About 20 minutes in, one of the employees asked if I wanted to purchase extra time. That's when I learned the $20 only covers 30 minutes, which they never mentioned upfront. By that point, I was already frustrated and the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or helpful, and the experience felt rushed and incomplete. For the price, I expected more transparency and better supplies. I guess I'll just make the drive to Petco next time ... it's also $20, includes everything (plus conditioner), and there's no time limit. read more

They have been taking such great care of my senior pup for several years now. She is always trimmed safely and looks adorable each time. The staff are fabulous, and they are sometimes able to get my appointments in sooner than later. Grateful for IB Groomin'!!! read more

I liked this place when we first went but a day after one of my dogs grooming they had a vet appointment. The vet said their ears were filthy. We tried one more time and a day after grooming they stunk so bad, we figured out because they hadn't been dried all the way! Not to mention staff on the weekend is exceptionally rude (isn't the normal staff we were used to dealing with) when we used the self washing tubs. Never again will we go here. read more

Fantastic! Took my new scared rescue pup here and they did a fantastic job! A previous local groomer said, he was too scared to be cut and have nails done & charged me $80 for a bath and slight . IB Groomin' took videos of how they accomplished his haircut and nails with ease! Great pricing here too. This is my "go to" place for my new pup! Thank you! read more

AMAZING. Wish I came here sooner for my other dog. Literally 5 minutes away from my house. My dog was extremely matted from when my parents were taking care of her for a bit so I decided to have her completely shaved. Brought her in today at 9am, got a call at 1230 that she was ready. I went in, nervous to see what my dog looked like completely shaved and when I saw her, I fell in LOVE. They exceed my expectations and even gave her the cutest style for free! She didn't look scared or unhappy when I picked her up and I can tell the workers here really care for these dogs. Gave a nice tip for the hard work and will most definitely be a regular here. read more

My princess is very particular about people. She hates 33288567990 people but loves Elizabeth. She loves coming in to IB Groomin' and getting bathed. They do such a good job with her and make her look so perfect every time. She always smells so good and feels so soft and clean. I have no idea how they get all that hair out but they are THE BEST at de-shedding! Elizabeth truly loves Reagan and cares about her (she gets all the pets and all the love). I trust them with my girl and I am so thankful I found them. Prices are reasonable and it is easy to get in. They always give her the cutest bows! Thank you for taking care of my baby! My dog loves to come here for her groom. Elisabeth is a capable and competent owner. But she is an expert groomer. My girl is always happy after her bath and nail trim. Why would I ever take her anyplace else to get a cut? I wouldn't. read more

First time here and the ladies did not disappoint me. They were all so friendly and amazing with my fur child. Explained things to me thoroughly which I really appreciated. I always feel nervous when looking for a new groomer. I am happy I found them. They are kennel free as well which I absolutely love. They even wanted me to come in to show me some combing/brushing techniques so I can help my poms hair grow back. That is really sweet for them to do that! No stress for my baby here. I'm beyond happy with IB Groomin's work! My dog looks fantastic. I usually worry that groomers will take too much hair off, but Cherry looks perfect. Such friendly and caring staff; the woman that I interacted with was very thoughtful in asking if my dog was sensitive to anything before taking her to be groomed. It was busy on the day of her appointment due to short staff, I appreciated that the workers informed me that it might take longer than usual. Overall, I love this groomer and it makes me so so happy that they don't use those awful dryer cagers. read more

My name is Penny and my brother is on the left. His name is Beau. Our parents make us take baths and get our hair cut. The thing we hate the most is getting our nails done. Even though we are a pair of troublemakers, the human here named Liz always gives us cute hairstyles and when she cuts our nails, it's not so bad. If your human makes you take baths too, you'll like this place much more than being sprayed down in the shower at home. We give this two paws up. read more

Made a same-day appointment for my two cat nail trimmings. It was only $9 each (in cash). Fast service and everyone seemed really nice, they treated my pets nicely. I recommend if your cats aren't scared of dogs since it is mainly a dog grooming place. I will be returning in 2 months for the next nail trim. read more

Thank you!! You made our experience simple and easy. My pup just needed her nails trimmed and you let me come in with her.

I have been to many different groomers and every single time I go something always happens.. my dog has been traumatized in the past where he has gotten hurt with other groomers to the point that they burn his skin with the clippers or they cut his skin. He wasn't a difficult dog before but ever since his experiences he's been difficult and it has been a challenge to find the right groomer to cut his hair. It was my first time going to IB Groomin and the minute they called me to pick him up. I was extremely shocked that they were able to cut his hair and his nail. Elizabeth the groomer did an amazing job and I'm finally happy I can rely on a great groomer to cut Mamba's hair. I will definitely be coming back and I can finally go on long walks with Mamba!! read more

Taking your dog to a new groomer can be a tough decision to make. After looking all over and calling many places, IB Groomin was one of the only places open and who called me back. They set me up even before I could return the voicemail so it was even easier to go in. I expressed my concerns with the previous grooming place and felt at ease with Elizabeth's response and caring tone. My dog needed a haircut bad and they did an amazing job! The drop off/pick up area also showed their concern with social distancing. I will definitely be coming back! read more

My fur babies Jody and Jax are always in good hands with these guys! I have been taking them here for a few years now and the experience is always good! They have reasonable prices and I like that they don't hide what they are doing with your pet and you can see everything that is going on in the work area. They are friendly and do their very best to schedule you in, and whenever I get the voicemail I know they are busy working on our precious babies so I will leave a message and I always hear back from them the same day or within 24 hrs. I've aways love having my big German shepherd washed here. The staff is always friendly, professional, and I can rest easy as my pup always was so excited to see the groomers. Will never be going back to this place. The customer service is terrible. We had an appointment for the first time with both of our pups and it took 15 minutes and us calling them on the phone to get someone to acknowledge us being there. Then when we tried to talk to the person trying to check us in she had no idea what was even going on. Just staring blankly and all we were asking for was just a regular bath and a nail trim for our dogs. She then kept asking if we wanted a bath for our dogs like 5 times and going around in circles. After a few minutes of this we just decided to leave. I did not trust leaving my dogs there. And by the looks of the other dogs that were there it did not look like they were being cared for very well. Definitely not worth the risk for me. read more

Super reasonable price. I took my 2 Frenchies and 1 English Bulldog and they were able to take care of them in less than 2 hours considering how busy they were. One of my frenchie has a little bit of separation anxiety and definitely hates baths. The staff was so patient with her and took care of her well. The only thing they don't offer is brush their teeth. But the manager said she's willing to brush their teeth next time if I bring their toothbrush :) Thank you IB Groomin. read more

I have three dogs. Two of them need haircuts and one of them doesn't. The one who doesn't need a haircut barely has any hair, the other two get fluffy with hair on their footpads,so it's obvious which ones need haircuts and which one doesn't. My "complicated" instructions were the same every time: They all needed a shampoo, nails done, anal glands expressed, and two needed a haircut and one didn't. I thought that was pretty standard. Plus, The white one had cancer and radiation treatment to her butt so I need to know if they are unable to express her anal glands so I can take her to the vet for expression or she'll get abscesses. I told them what I needed when I called and repeated it when I dropped them off. They were disorganized and never once got it right. I had been there three times with my three dogs and each time they forgotten something pretty major. TWICE they completely forgot one of the haircuts (out of two), and once they forgot to do the nails on two of the dogs. Hopefully you will be seeing a lot better reviews in the future as they make some adjustments and come up with a system that enables them to keep track of what the different dogs need. read more

Went here because it was cheap an close for a nail trim. Unfortunately will not be returning , the cut was done crooked and you can still hear his nails on the floor . Also noticed one may not have been cut at all. We have taken him to different places that were more expensive an didn't have this issue. I'll be opting to pay a little more now an have definitely learned my lesson sometimes when things are this cheap you might just get exactly what you paid for . My husband and I were really hoping this place would be a good fit maybe we had an unexperienced nail clipper. An so that no argument ensues about my dog or his behavior my husband watched our dog nails be cut and our dog was a perfect angel during the trim, every employee loved him. Employees were friendly read more

I've taken my dog to her groomer here a couple times and I've always been satisfied with the results. However the haircuts can be a liiiitle choppy sometimes but it's not awful. Most recently, I asked for a teddy bear haircut and it was slightly choppy around her mouth and on top of her head. Still super cute and satisfied with her hair ! My dog, Stitch, was in need of a bath after hanging out at the beach so we stopped in here (I've been here once before with my other dog). We used the DIY bath service, which is my favorite! Rochelle helped set us up and was friendly. They looked pretty busy and had several dogs being worked on, but Rochelle kindly stopped what she was doing to give Stitch a nail trim. He has bad back legs, so I let her know ahead of time to be cautious. She was super gentle and professional. I couldn't believe how quick and painless it was for him.
