Worst groomers. We were here for the first time with appointment. They initially told us to bring dog registration and rabies vaccination records s. We got both of them and then they told us that more vaccination records were required. We came all the way from San Diego and now have to go back because they refused to service the dog . The least they could have done was to let us know about this information before so as to not waste our time. Totally unprofessional. Don't go here. read more

Very disappointed With how my pets and myself were treated after being customers for the past 2 years. We became customers during the covid lockdown so I guess when business was slow we were important but once things opened up and I tried to get appointments, leaving numerous phone calls, I would just get blown off.....no call back for over 2 months. We were good customers never canceled, showed up on time, picked up on time, left 20% tip each time, brought my dog's own treats with me for my boys....... Yet ultimately we were treated like we weren't important at all as customers. I really liked this place at 1st...... I was so happy with the results of how she looked as well as her demeanor afterwards. She wasn't traumatized and actually enjoys going back to see her friend Mary. Recently adopted Princess-Beyoncé Malaika from the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility and she was gifted a free grooming session. Based on reviews and the fact that this place actually answered their phone, I decided to take babygyal here for a haircut. Now the free grooming session does not include a haircut as it's done with a bather versus a groomer. The person whom I spoke with seemed so friendly and caring that I felt comfortable to go ahead and book the haircut grooming session instead of just the free bath. I gave PBM a bath 10 days after her spay and she really needed her mop chopped. She was looking kinda rough and I think she needed the new 'do so she could really feel herself and her new life outside of lock up. She is a puppy so I was worried about how she would get on with her groomer and other dogs at the shop. The diva slayed her first beauty shop appointment and she looked fly! Alexis was her groomer and she was so sweet to PBM. She was in the midst of another "client" and was nice to say hi to PBM and chat with me about what I wanted from her haircut. Unfortunately, PBM was going through it and had some hair thinning which looked like she had curly wiry hair from her belly up and short straight hair on her bottom half. Like a reverse mullet on a dog... or the 90s when girls would shave the back of their head. It was definitely a look. Anyway... I asked that she get evened out all over so we can see if her nutrition would fix her hair issue but requested that we keep some hair on her face cause she's mad cute. Alexis listened and gave exactly what I was hoping for. More importantly she was kind and attentive to PBM. My dog wasn't rushing to leave which showed me she was comfortable. The facility is clean and modern which makes it extremely inviting. I am looking at the daycare/dog sitting services because of how great our experience was. Hopefully we can work up to trying it; separation anxiety is real, there's a lot of crying and whining. I'm sure I'll grow out of it soon.. read more

But on top of me being happy with the final product, here are a few more details that capture their customer service: When I called them to make an appointment, I communicated what I wanted/didn't want, and then they paired me with Mary based on my wants. I also took pictures to today's appointment to help communicate what I wanted/didn't like. Mary was receptive and informative. When I picked him up, the staff took more time to explain what to expect with his hair in the future as he ages. It was closing time for them, but they took their time with me. After I paid, I was also told I'd be charged more in the future if he grows substantially. They didn't want me to be surprised by a larger total in the future. (I paid $68 today + tip, and they said I might pay $78 next time depending on his size.) Also, when I showed up to drop him off I realized I forgot his proof of vaccinations. The woman checking me in happily called our vet to confirm my dog was up to date. Again, top notice service all the way around. read more

Super cute place tucked back in the business park off Fenton. I like that you can groom your own dog as my little lab was a rescue and has issues trusting people. We are still working on her comfort ability with strangers. They offer a bucket of supplies for the spa wash for only $20. I took my dog there last Sunday and it's Thursday and she's still soft, clean, and smelling of the mango mist. Love it! I took my Cody in today for a grooming. The process of getting an appointment wasn't hard, they were very nice and informative over the phone. Since my dog was new they needed vaccine records which was understandable! I would recommend calling ahead of time because they do get booked pretty fast. I came today at 8:00AM, they were actually open at 6:30AM. Which surprised me most places open right when you arrive since I thought my appointment was the time they opened. Cody looks so young! He usually looks like an old grumpy dog, LOL. He looks like a little puppy!!! They cut his ears Yorkie style and shaved his body but rounded his legs. I swear he looks SO HANDSOME. I have never seen my dog with a cut like that. To say the least, I LOVE IT there. I would recommend this place to all my friends. And to top it off they were done in less than 3 hours. Most places take 5-6 hours. The overall location was great, it was a little hard to find as it is in the back but you'll see it once you enter the building area or see the Doggie Days sign. Lots of parking and their place was super clean with so many dog treats to food and toys! It didn't smell of wet dog, urine or poop. It was a really nice environment. I do want to try the doggie day care one day, I asked if I can bring Cody in just so he can have some interactive time with other dogs and they said it was fine.
