So convenient, quick and careful service. Our dog isn't the easiest to groom but they've done a great job considering.

My maltipoo's grooming was so so, he had his full groom two months ago and it wasn't up to par. His hair didn't have that shine of a clean bath and the cut was uneven. It seems to me that the service outcome depends on the groomer's mood so I'm not taking chances again. read more

I'm very confused by this business. First of all, they always look closed from the outside. Maybe it's the window tint, but it looks dark in there. Besides that, I have walked in twice only to have nobody be at the desk. Besides obviously wanting some service, someone could've come in and stolen their products.... On top of that, if I go to their website, it shows a picture of a dragon and has posts in Hindi (I think)? Does not look like a real website? Not sure what's going on but I won't be chasing them to spend my money. read more

We took our pup to get his first grooming. He's a F1B goldendoodle. The last place we took him couldn't complete the grooming past the bathing, so we were hesitant and had low expectations that our boy could get his first grooming. They did an amazing job! It took a while, and he was cut a lot shorter than we wanted but we were contacted immediately once they couldn't commit to what we wanted because he was a little matted which we knew. With all things considered, he came out looking clean and happy. He had a lot of anxiety going into it but we were so happy they were able to get our boy cleaned up. She suggested a grooming schedule to keep him clean and avoid matting. Will definitely bring him back again! read more

Been taking my pets here for years! They're great and I'll remain loyal. They've watched me grow up too!

I first found Pride n Joy Grooming back in 2023 and I've been taking Mochi here ever since. It's been hard to find a groomer for Mochi that can actually cut his hair to how we like it. At Pride n Joy they always follow my grooming instructions perfectly and he comes out looking clean and fresh. My only critique would be sometimes its hard to get a hold of them to make an appointment so I usually make an appointment ahead of time when he's already there. But otherwise they are great! read more

It is very difficult to get an appointment at this groomers. I have been going here for 2 years with my dogs roleaux a yorkie and Goliath a maltipoo. When our appointments are made I have been asked multiple times before in the past to move my times up or down to accommodate the groomers which I have always done no problem! Today I was sick and confirmed my appointment the DAY of and she canceled me and moved the rest of her clients up. No call. Just a text message. This business only cares about numbers and not the actual clientele. I normally don't like moving my time around but I try to be accommodating for them. My scheduled appointment that I booked 2 months ago was deleted just like that because she said "she had a big gap in the morning to fill" and now she "has no more space for my dogs. Maybe at the end of the day". It is nice to see how regular customers are treated here. No flexibility on their end however they expect the customer to be able to move their appointment times around at their convenience. Save yourself the hassle. If you can't get an appointment you just got lucky. It is a sign. I am disappointed about the salon however I should have known as they have a reputation to do this. read more

Love how they take good care of my baby! They bathe, groom, clip, clean and make her smell so good. I make appointments while I'm there because they book up fast and phone is not always the fastest way to reach them. read more

I've been taking my dog here for about 2 years now or maybe even more. Kelly is so sweet and personable. I trust my fur baby with them and he always comes back to me super clean and smelling good. I also love that they contact me for any issues during grooming (like knots they can't get out etc). My fur baby and I will continue to go here! read more

Couple months ago I got a message that the groomer has an emergency and that's fine we re-arranged our whole schedule. They day came and owner looks so grumpy that he had to work that day couldn't even say good morning, I shrug it off because my dogs really needed haircut. But by the time I picked up the dogs he made a rude comment regarding my foster dog's beard being matted knowing that he has seizures. Long and behold one of my dogs was scheduled this weekend and the day of the grooming they are trying to re-schedule again. Idk this place is really not dependable. Wouldn't go here again. I wouldn't be surprised if this comment gets erased. read more

This review is solely based off how excited my mom and grandma was talking about the service that one of our dogs received today. Valentino has gone to two other groomers in the last couple of years, and this is the first time that my mom was asked and given options on how she would like the cut to look. They did an amazing job and the price is great ! My mom received excellent customer service and was treated with warmth and kindness. Valentino looks like the perfect picture Yorkie and we're all so pleased! Thank you! Tomorrow our other pup is getting dropped off for a cut and I'm looking forward to it. Going to book a wash for my Great Dane and German Shepard too :) read more

Absolutely the best experience for me and my dog. They're very accommodating to my situation which is my puppy not being fully vaccinated yet (he has one last series of shots left) and that he can't see well due to his long fur covering his eyes and his nails are getting really long. Being a first-time dog owner, I'm wary of trimming hair close to his eyes so I wanted to seek an experienced groomer instead. I couldn't pick up my puppy on-time due to work-related matters and they were so understanding. I have free grooming services through Petco but I think I'll stick with this grooming service from now on. Worth every penny. Most of all, my puppy was just having a great time at this place. read more

Very impressed with this place! Was able to do a "walk-in" in for a nail trim on my Boxer and French Mastiff, the groomer was quick and efficient. My dogs nails are perfect and healthy and nice looking again, dogs were happy as well. I will definitely be a regular customer for my dogs pawdicures. Thank you! read more

Awesome doggy place. Came to cut my dogs nails and they had gotten so long. Oops. They were very nice and cut her nails. Dog was nervous but seems to be ok even leaving. Usually she shakes and pees on the floor but not today. Easy way to register online and did a walk in. They told me there was a wait but ended up waiting like 2 min and a was in and out like nothing. Very clean location and affordable. Would come back for my dog. Lots of parking. read more

Awesome staff. Did a great job with my dogs. Reasonably priced. XXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX

Amazing!!! Great customer service & care for my doggy!!! Found my doggy a new grooming home!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

I called and left a message. I even went online and filled it out their application. They don't respond, and I think that's rude. They should at least send an email saying they are not looking to take on a new client or we're not a good fit. Their questionnaire asked if your dog was a bitter, and my puppy was going through the teething stage when they want to nip at everything so I put "yes". Perhaps that's what put them off, however, a simple no thank you would have been nice... Has online shopping turned us into a society where customer service doesn't exist? 12/15/22 Dear Business Owner, Yes, I used my first name to create te account for billing purposes. While I appreciate your trying to correct the issue, I waited over a month. My puppy has already received services elsewhere. I understand things get hectic, so I will definitely give you a star back for the effort. I saw you tried to call me back shortly after I posted this message, but I didn't feel like picking up the phone. Your services were no longer needed and I felt you only tried because I posted this review. Please, be a little more sensitive to people's time in the future. Thanks. read more

Had our dogs nails clipped here and the person who assisted us was really nice and accommodated us last minute! My baby, Ruby, loves coming here. She can be timid but surprising she does well and comes out looking and smelling great!

It was our first time at Pride N Joy Grooming and we are so happy with the outcome! We've been to many different groomers for our Goldendoodle and this place was our favorite by far! The staff was friendly and they were able to give our dog the cut that we requested! Happy we found our go-to groomer! read more

This just opened so still a hidden gem. I got an appointment the next day. My dog is extremely timid so I don't get him groomed that often, and the larger corporate groomers (like Petco) are not as personalized and don't take time. This groomer took so much time with my dog to make sure he felt safe. Did an excellent job on his hair cut too. I recommend this place. read more

So so very pleased with our grooming experience! Our wooly husky hadn't been groomed professionally in a while due to severely poor experience at another local groomer. She took the extra time and care that she needed to make our girl look AMAZING! She's so light, fluffy, and smells fantastic! What really topped it off was seeing our girl coming out smiling and excited instead of exhausted and stressed out! Would highly recommend! read more

The first time I took my puppy she was 4 months and she got the trim and deshed. I was nervous when I dropped her off because I wasn't sure how she was going to behave. Do not go here. They canceled my appointment because I was five minutes late. I called ahead of time to let them know and they lady said it was fine. I show up and they told me that they require you to show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment but never told me, never said that in the email/text confirmation.. no where on their website does it say this as well... they people here are kind but the way they did that was super unprofessional and made me never want to waste my time nor money in a business that switches up like that. read more

Needed my dogs ears cleaned as was told a walk in is the preferred method for this service. I'm a fan of appointments to guarantee a time but wanted to give this place a chance since it's so close to home. Was greeted promptly and was told the wait would be about ten minutes. We walked around and came back and my dog was whisked away to the back and in less than five minutes he was back. Ears cleaned and plucked! Couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and care they took of my puppy! Will definitely be back and recommend you give this place a try. read more

We love Pride N Joy so much! Our puppy Luna has been coming here once a month for over 6 months now and we have been so happy each time. Highly recommend this place not only for grooming but also for getting pet supplies and food. read more

Didn't talk to us about how the groom went, they just brought our dog out and went to the back WITHOUT asking us if we needed anything (we were going to buy snacks, but forget that). On top of that when we got in the car, her behind was seriously matted, wasn't dry, and her hair obviously wasn't brushed at all. Just the customer service alone upon dropping her off and picking her up was abysmal, to say the least. We won't be back!! read more

After moving to the area I was looking for a groomer to trim my dogs nails and I'm so happy I found them! The girl that helped me was so friendly and knowledgeable about my pups needs. The groomer did a great job on him without hurting him. I tried so many places were they would just cut the nail and not buffer it and charge me a lot, but not here! They actually buffered them and cut the proper way. Definitely recommend read more
