If you love your dog... don't bring it here. I used to take my dogs here with the previous owner, she was great!! today I took both of my dogs in to get groomed and they refused to give them a schnauzer cut because they were "too matted"according to the lady. She also refused to bathe them unless we agreed to shave them completely down because otherwise it would hurt them to brush the few matted hair strands on their stomachs. These dogs are used to hand stripping which they don't offer, if they knew anything about it, they would understand that hand stripping is actual pulling of the hair and it actually does not hurt the double coated schnauzers like I have. She was just being lazy and didn't want to take on two hairy dogs. FYI : Your dogs almost never really need to be shaved down unless they are severely matted. The razor actually causes more harm than putting conditioner and brushing it out. read more

I am updating my review. I was a customer since this place opened, but the quality of service and that energy that made them special is gone. I wonder if they are under new management or new owner. My pups hairs cuts are now uneven. The groomers told me they attended dog show competitions and my pup would get that quality style cuts. The quality went from a high end Beverly Hills Salon to a Super Cuts. This is the best way for me to explain it. I am hoping the owners read this and internalize and make the improvements or go back to what it was once before. I like when I walked in everyone knew my pups name and asked how she's been. I have had my dog groomed here twice and I couldn't be happier. It's been a week since he was groomed and he still feels soft and smells good. They take such good care of my dog here so it's worth the drive, they are very friendly and reasonably priced. My dog always looks so happy hanging out with the other dogs when I go to pick him up.
