They answered all my questions and they were just cool to talk to. They did a great job on my bike and gave me the best deal that they could. Ok, so I waited. I arrived at four and that's when he starts working on the scooter. He immediately fucked up the rims so much that I can't use them anymore and then said he wasn't able to change out the tire. It was just a simple tire replacement. I brought the new tire. I get home to discover that he SWAPPED my UPGRADED 52V battery for a shitty rental scooter battery. I texted asking for a partial refund and he responded with expletives and rude insults about me being LGBTQ. Class act. That'll do it.
