Works from her home and refuses to meet at your home or another location. She requires 1/2 payment upfront before you ever get to have your 1st meeting. The coaching sessions were $600. She insisted we attend 6 coaching session in order for her to get to know us better. She did not ask us about our history or offer to tell us anything about her background. When we arrived at the 1st session we were handed a folder with 110 multiple choice questions within 10 minutes of our arrival and told we had 20 minutes to take the test. Crazy. We are 59 and 62 years old. We didn't need coaching our a marriage counselor. My 1st marriage of 34 years ended after loosing my late husband to brain cancer in 2023. He had a 23 month battle. He was the love of my life and my only marriage. My fiancé' only agreed to attend because I ask him. When we arrived and when we left our 1st session, we knew nothing about this woman. Ed had never spoken with her prior and was so offended by her approach. Do not use this woman's services. She only cares about the financial side not about your wedding and marriage being a success.

When we got there Brian and Jeremy were the first guys set up. We did a quick review of what we wanted and they made sure the rest went smoothly. They kept the party going and the dance floor packed with music we loved. He was available for our second date of choice, but then that got pushed back too so we tried a third time. We spoke over text/email, and I felt a connection. That connection grew stronger when we spoke briefly on the telephone, but once we met Fr Jef in person, I had zero doubt that he was the officiant for us. He is kind, caring, has a tangible warmth, and above all is just a terrific person. He is professional but still can absolutely joke around and have a great time. He is also absolutely hilarious. His attention to detail is second to none. I am not sure what his middle name actually is, but my guess would be punctual because he is NEVER not on time which is obviously fantastic. He put our minds at ease, and we just felt safe and secure in his presence. The speech he wrote for us at our wedding was simultaneously beautiful, touching, and downright funny. I could tell everyone in attendance LOVED him. But above all, I love him. He is the right man for the job and makes every single couple feel so special on their big day. After the ceremony, I had probably 10 different people come up to me and say how wonderful they thought Fr Jef was. I said well of course he is - he's Fr Jef Johnson for crying out loud! They of course asked where I had found him, and I said that he had officiated my cousin's wedding in 2016, but I am assuming if you are reading this review right now then that means you are looking for someone to look out for you on your wedding day. I was able to show her examples of what I wanted, and they were pretty much the same poses. She was very sweet and nice. Being pregnant I was very concerned about my double chin, but she was nice about reminding me to elongate my neck. Overall, the services were quick, and efficient. We were able to pick from a variety of different backgrounds and props. (But we ended up keeping it simple with a grey back ground). Some of the color options we wanted, the photographer recommended avoiding due to the contrast of my hair, or our white button ups (so I appreciated the honest feed back!) then, I was able to eat a quick lunch while some of the photos printed and were sent to my email. For the services and quality, I thought the cost was very affordable and reasonable. (I would post how my photos look for examples, but I am not confident enough lol) I would def come back here in the future to take more photos.
