    Nancy goes above and beyond to ensure your day is exactly what you plan out. During COVID, we had to reschedule multiple times and each time she was more than understanding and accommodating. There was also a move from Austin to Houston which prevented us from meeting with her to go over the ceremony script but she had a great idea to do it over zoom! That's quality service in my opinion. Since we were unable to meet up with her leading up to the wedding , she showed up early to ensure we knew what was going to happen and what we needed to do. Use her services and you will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Beverly Nail Salon have left me feeling singled out and treated differently in a way that is deeply troubling. Over multiple visits, I noticed a consistent difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. Basic courtesies that were routinely extended to others--such as a greeting upon entering, the ability to make an appointment, and the offer of a complimentary beverage--were not extended to me. I observed these same courtesies being offered to other customers during the same visits. I am respectful, pleasant, low-maintenance, and I tip very well. I do not cause disruption, nor have I ever been anything but appreciative of the service providers themselves. When I respectfully raised my concern and expressed that I simply wanted to be treated the same as other customers, the situation unfortunately escalated rather than improved. I was later declined the ability to make an appointment altogether, something I had always been allowed to do prior to speaking up. It pains me to even consider the reason for this difference in treatment, but based on my observations, the only noticeable distinction between myself and those who were consistently treated with kindness and respect was race. This is not an accusation I make lightly, and I have never felt the need to raise race as a factor in service before. However, after repeated experiences and respectful attempts to address the issue directly, I can no longer ignore the pattern. I shared with management that I would be speaking publicly about my experience, not out of spite, but in hopes that it would encourage reflection and improvement. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring all customers are treated equitably and professionally. I will be taking my business--and my tipping--elsewhere. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for simply asking to be treated the same as others.
