I had it printed at Costco for just a few dollars and it looked 10x better! I took both prints to JoAnns for framing and they picked the Costco print, hands down. Completely unprofessional business. Owner Gretchen does not respond to phone calls, voicemails,…read moretext messages, emails. Just absolutely no response after she met with us for our community to do our signage and promised to have something to us within two weeks. I'm not sure how somebody runs a business when they completely ignore customers after expressing interest in their business. It has been months and for a business owner to completely ghost a client is something I don't think I have ever dealt with. Please at least do them the courtesy of letting them know you're too busy or just don't have time to take on the project, but to not have any communication is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Before they cleaned up the messy website I started myself I only had a handful of traffic. Now with a clean layout and easy to navigate site my social media traffic has doubled within a month. Justin is easy to work with and understood my quirky needs. And the price was easy on my budget.

I was contacted by Justin of Green Forest Marketing who wanted to build a website for me. He…read moreexplained that he could do a 6 page website with a shopping cart and could install a CRM Module that was furnished and supported by my software company. He said after we sat down at my office in North Phoenix and looked at everything. He gave me a completion date of 2 weeks which I was very surprised. I expected it to take 1 month. I gave him $500 deposit which he must have cashed on his way home. I also gave him all of my notes that we went over to build the website. I did not hear from him but 1 time through the 2 week period. The day before the promised date he sent me a link. Was I surprised. Hardly anything was done. He admitted he didn't know how to do a shopping cart and my CRM is still not working. This is a module that is very easy to install but Justin pointed it to his website not mine so when my customers go to pay or look at their account they see Justin's website Green Forest Marketing. If you dont believe me go to this ugly, poor performing website that Justin created for me pageplusus.com. Look at the shopping cart. I had to figure out a way Justin could configure a website. I drew it out and it was something he was capable of doing. I am NOT HAPPY with it because I was told I was getting something else. I have been trying to get Justin of Green Forest Marketing to fix this crappy website he built but he refuses to. He refuses to because he lacks the knowledge to finish it. I am forced to take Justin Owner of Green Forest Marketing to Civil Court for damages exceeding $10,000.00. All it would take is for him to deliver on a promise to get my site done and working but HE REFUSES TO STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. He has my money so he thinks he is done. Look at the lousy job he did on my site and if you hover your mouse over "my account" you can look at the bottom right hand corner of the monitor and it will show you the page on my website goes to Green Forest Marketing's website. WHY WOULD YOU SPEND MONEY ON THIS GUY WHEN HE DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE ON HOW TO BUILD WEBSITES!
