SquareTradeGo is a separate website and service, which is for SCREEN REPLACEMENTS ONLY for old phones (the website shows only iPhone 5-7's and Galaxy 5-7's) and appears to offer flat, fixed repair costs to compete with local repair shops and places like the Applestore who do similar out of warranty screen repairs $129-149. At first, they told me it was a pilot program only available in FL and CA, even though I told him the SquareTradeGo website already let me book an appointment in NYC! He put me on hold, then came back talking about deductibles $25-149, telling me the program was only for existing customers with a warranty, or that I'd have to FIRST sign up and pay $8.99/mo, then a $25 deductible PLUS $69-119+ for a 2-5 year old phone! This makes no sense whatsoever and I'm convinced no one at SquareTrade knows what they're talking about because they're only used to dealing with Warranty Claims and don't even know this program exists! I hung up each time, called back to get someone else, and have now spoken to 4 different people at SquareTrade, all over India and the Phillipines, through chat and 877-927-7268. They just keep asking me over and over again about my warranty and where I purchased it! They all put me on hold because they clearly had no idea about it (the last 2 even checked with their managers and gave me the same BS). I do not HAVE a SquareTrade Warranty. Isn't that the whole purpose of this "Go" program??? Am I supposed to book an appointment, with a quoted price, then have someone show up, and tell me I don't qualify because I don't have a warranty? WTF?? Glad to hear people had luck with it.... I'm not signing up for a repair until someone at SquareTrade can tell me the correct information and confirm I do NOT need a SquareTrade warranty to use it, then I will update this from a 1 star review.

I had Jonathan as a tech.  He was very nice and fix my phone quickly.  Jonathan had a Very positive attitude and was extremely knowledgable.   The screen I originally had ended up being defective. I hate to leave such a review because Jesus was nice and did the job quick, but one month after…read morereplacing my phone screen I started to get a halo effect around my screen. I have attached pictures. It started at the top left corner about a week ago and slowly has been growing around the entire screen. When looking closely, it looks like there is a Tony pressure point where the halo started so I don't know if a screw wasn't set properly after the replacement.
