It took me two minutes to get there since I live so close. Yet the entire time Sara was doing my nails she a was frantic and looking at the clock and when I asked how it was coming off instead of just answering she goes "if you had acrylic you should have just said you had acrylic! Not gel!" Never once on the phone did I even mention gel let alone say I had gel on. I even said I could have come a different time if you were going to be in such a rush. Idk why they said I could come now. Such a bad vibe from her the entire 30min she was doing my nails. Then I was happy to be done with her and enjoy a relaxing pedicure. Well that didn't happen. Sammi said I booked a regular polish appointment yet when I called all I said was I wanted to get my toes done and no other questions were asked! Then she said I could pick out a regular polish if I wanted a pedicure and she didn't have time for gel. Would never come back here or recommend it. There's a lot better places in Park Ridge that respect the customer and make them feel welcomed. Such a weird and disappointing experience since I was excited to try a salon so close to my house.

They have about 10 nail stations and 7 pedi chairs. The salon is very clean and everyone was friendly. They knew they hadn't seen me before. Denny did an excellent job on my nails. The price was reasonable and the service was efficient. This would be the kind of salon I'd visit regularly if I was local. Plenty of free parking. I watched another customer get an ombré manicure with an airbrush- it was fast and beautiful. They even added a flower design. He asked if I wanted to trim I said yes but then he didn't cut my toes even, or do the type of French I asked for. The tech I booked with came back after an hour to work on me. I said I want square and very long (I said long 4 times) & I did not leave with long nails... I put on my appointment that I wanted a design but due to delay, we ran out of time for the design. so now I spent $190 on nails I made an appointment for & not what I anticipated leaving with. There are so many other choices in the area.... This is a luxury service for most people I was hoping for a better experience.
