I showed photos of the chipped nails and showed her my completely chipped toes. She said she had another appointment soon even though she told me when to come in, I could have come earlier to accommodate. I was rushed to pick a new color for my nails. In other visits, there seemed to be some disorganization where things weren't in the right place, or some confusion to the nail art I wanted so I had to sometimes settle for what was offered.
