As a result the previous homeowner didn't delay in fixing a roof issue before closing. Also it brought to us attention to a number of updates. A week ago we had Insight again to do inspections for insurance purpose. It was July 4 week and Dan managed to come the day before and gave us the report within 2 days. He was responsive. His sense of responsibility was appreciated and recommended.
