This place is the best! All the folks that work there - Brett, Casey and Zeke couldn't be nicer people to deal with. They make sure you get exactly what you need/want and the quality is top notch. I recently had some shirts printed up for my twins and they used the "direct to garment digital print" method and OMG... they look amazing! I also use them for large custom orders for my office where they order the shirts (after providing me sample shirts to take back and have the boss approve) and embroider our logo onto them and those have been great too. I took some items to I-Initial to have some embroidery done. There were some unavoidable issues with the person handling the sewing and it took longer than normal but the owner was very gracious and took care of everything for me. It was a long wait but at the end, the Customer Service level far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. read more

Okay. It is true that IInitial's time frame for getting work done is akin to MichaelAngelo's painting of the Sistine Chapel Ceiling (which took 4 years). But the better similarity is that these guys are more like artists than output workers like say a Kinko's which does work immediately. Having used them to embroider from single items to many business attire golf shirts their creativity has almost always produced admiring comments when folks see a cap, shirt, jersey or other apparel bearing the work of IInitial. They are great at suggestimg color schemes and cleaning up pre-made artwork. So, definitely not a production house but more of a custom art gallery style of work..... the lesson being to expect to wait, nag, wait, nag some more but I think like me you might be back repeatedly since 1999 and still wearing apparel that looks great. read more

My name is Albert and I started in a basketball league last Thursday Jan 17th. I was last minute about getting jerseys so I found myself calling around different stores that day and none of them could make team jerseys for that day. I needed six jerseys in total. When I called I.initial they were honest with me. The woman said I don't know if we can do that today let me talk to my husband. I could tell that she was being sincere and I appreciated her honestly. After three more calls back and forth they were able to take down my exact order, check their current stock to see if they had the correct jersey sizes and color, then take my card over the phone so I wouldn't have to come in. I'm huge on respect and customer service, I try to teach my kids to be good and kind people. The people at I.initial really took care of me when I was in a tight jam and for that I will be forever grateful. If I ever need jersey's again IK where to go. Terrible service! They act as if ever job that they have going is more important than the one you are giving them. Things are not done when promised! They gave me three different times to come pick up my order before it was completed. Worst of all, they handed me my pile of soccer jerseys and quickly rang me up (the only thing that they did quickly) before I had a chance to look at them and sent me on my way. Little did I know that they totally mutilated a jersey. I guess they put the wrong name on the back and then tried to peel it off and then put the new name on top of the mess they just created. The material is all melted and messed up, the previous lettering is showing through, the thing looks terrible. They should have said something! Try sorry, no charge. Jerks! By the time we get a new jersey the season will be over. There is NO WAY I would ever use this place for anything. They will not become a causality of the recession. By far the best place to have your t-shirt sweaters or basically anything custom made with whatever you want printed for such a good price! I called last minute last week for a t shirt for a game I was going too and usually you're required to drop it off but I explained how I really needed it and I didn't know it took that long so they allowed me to come in & they printed it while I was there! They just had the letters ready when I had called a day or two before. So here I am back again making another different for another game. They have great prices & they're really kind! read more

Great local, small business worth supporting. I've been a customer of theirs for 6-8 years. I've done big projects like hats for a whole team, and small projects like a single personalized duffle bag for my daughter. I've given them custom artwork to digitize for 3D, embroidered, hat logos and I've used their stock artwork from the local high school. Everything has been exactly how I wanted it or better. I came into the store on Friday with my black Chef coat that I needed embroidered for Wednesday. They did the impossible, for a FANTASTIC price. I'm sure they were busy, but the gentleman who helped me out understood my desperation and helped me out. I would love to say thank you but I figured a good review on yelp would help even more. I received so many compliments on my coat, everyone was asking where I had got it, how much etc. I explained there was this AMAZING Embroidery company in my hometown, that did the embroidery for me, after I'd purchased a very nice chef coat I'd fallen in love with online (special air vents to help keep cool, light fabric, the whole shebang). The blue colored stitching they recommended went perfectly with my hair color, which was what i was aiming for. the Gentleman who helped me brought out color swatches and different lettering style and made excellent recommendations, I am OVERJOYED with the finished product and looked professional at my show, thank you all so much I will definitely return for all my embroidery needs. read more

These people were rude, unresponsive and changed their prices citing a change because of a new year. They promised me they had ordered my request twice and yet I never received the product after waiting 4 months. They did not return my calls meaning I needed to go back in 5 times to talk to someone until they finally just told me they didn't want to deal with such a small order of 1 dozen items. I am late in writing this review but I just feel the need to let people know that you need to do your research. I was in this place around Christmas time. I was quoted a price on the phone by a really nice young man. One of the owners helped me and at first was like oh no its going to be more then that. AFTER i pulled everything out she was like oh we can do it for what you were told. I made some hand make quilts for 2 babies I simply asked for the girls names my name and the year on an 8x8 square. The lady that helped me marked on the fabric with tape the direction that everything should go and the color etc. When I went to pick the items up I had to have a family member do so. When I got home to look at them I just started to cry. They first off were no where near centered on the 8x8 square and then to boot the words were turned to face the side of the blanket not the top. When I called the male owner told me to bring it back in and they could redo them for me and refund me for the botched job. I had to get more fabric and take it over to them now on a very limited time frame to finish these blankets. He made a very insensitive comment to me and said well why dont you just go buy another blanket and we can redo it. Well how about because I had sewed these blankets on my own they were not bought. I went to pick up the squares the next day and they were fine but they basically put the embroidery in the middle of a yard of fabric there for rendering a large part of it unusable(really?)and then they did not refund me for the job as they said they would. I ended up being able to finish these projects on time even with the extra time it took me to have to hand tear out multi rows of quilted squares, no thanks to i initial. I will not be returning here due to the insensitive and callus nature that these people treat their customers. Maybe I just experienced a bad time and I fully understand it was close to Christmas and they were busy but the way that this was handled was just very wrong to me regardless of the holiday or a bad day. read more
