Upon reading all of the stellar reviews, I had to try out Clean Queen! I initially called and left a voicemail, but found out it was easier to text in order to make an appointment. The service included a deep clean, which was the following Wiping baseboards Doors Door Frames Window Sills Blinds Fans Wall decorations/pictures dusted Bathrooms cleaned Kitchen including wiping/polishing cabinets and appliances, countertops stove top, and microwave. They asked if it was to my liking and when I showed a spot on the floor she cleaned it up super quick. They were both super friendly and hard workers. I would definitely use them again. They also kept their masks on when anywhere close to me and my 1 year old son which helped me feel more comfortable as well. I recommend having clean bed sheets and towels set out for them when they arrive so they can change them out easily for you!

I am absolutely pleased with the service I received from CJJY Cleaning Services…read more I requested an estimate through Yelp and received a quote shortly after. In fact, I booked the entire appointment through Yelp and it was a breeze. The CJJY team was very communicative and professional. I was at work at my time of service and, thankfully, was able to let the team in through an automatic door lock. I am moving out of my apartment and needed everything cleaned before turning in my keys. I went back to the apartment during my lunch break & it felt like the stress of having to move out instantly subsided. The team went above and beyond for me and even helped dispose of some of the items I needed to get rid of (floor mats, shower curtain, etc). The apartment is even cleaner than I originally received it. I'm super thankful for the team at CJJY Cleaning Services. I literally don't know what I would have done without you!

I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. You set the quality bar super high.

Thank you for your consideration; despite the miscommunication it was always a pleasure to work with you and your team. ---Old Review--- Decent clean overshadowed by frustrating coordination... The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

If they break something- they say in the paperwork you signed, YOU are liable!!!…read more So disappointed in this company. Their cleaners came to do a full house cleaning and broke our vanity in the bathroom and after being apologetic and saying they would take care of it, they then came back and said we signed in four different places that states we are liable for any damage done!!! Then Jon said he could find a slab for $100 and Zelled it to us, and said because we accepted it, that is all they will do. It's my duty to let you know that if anything is broken in your house by this company, YOU are able, not them. And the ladies that came were so unprofessional and I had to ask them to redo multiple areas that they said they already cleaned but clearly didn't. Shame on you Happy Home Helpers for not valuing your customers. Such a disappointment.

JNS not only provides that great feeling, but they go beyond that to provide a level of customer service that is second to none, before and after their visit. My family and I will simply not ever hire anyone else in Las Vegas, and we're thrilled to see JNS every two weeks! From the moment I called, the experience was great. Even when I said "hey, I'm price shopping you against your competitors," the great service was still there. In fact, I think it got even better, because she knew I'd come back to her anyway after comparing! And I did. But what really hit me was walking home after that first cleaning. There's no better word than "miraculous." With a husband, two roommates, tons of friends and a dog, our house can get pretty messy. Everything is clean when JNS is done. And I mean everything! From the AC vents to the cabinet under my master bathroom sink. There wasn't a single area of my home that wasn't flawless. And the cleaning staff stayed until it was done. The first time, before they'd seen the house, they took a bit longer. I didn't mind, because I wasn't watching the time. But, to improve the service next time, they sent more people. They got it done in half the time. And I didn't even ask!! JNS is what every other cleaning service in Las Vegas should aspire to.

That ended with one recent booking experience. I called to schedule a regular cleaning after going a few months without service. Only my husband and I live in our home. We have no children, no pets, and we maintain the house ourselves. We were not asking anyone to clean a neglected or unusually dirty home. We simply wanted the professional cleaning Avanti had provided us many times before. I was told that because a few months had passed, I needed to book a deep cleaning for approximately $500. I explained that $500 was not in my budget and asked to schedule the regular cleaning instead, which was still approximately $300. After that, I was contacted by the owner, Leisa. Rather than treating me like a longtime customer, the conversation felt like I was being scolded for not scheduling more frequently. Leisa told me that because I declined the $500 deep cleaning, she could not guarantee the team would clean anything beyond the bathrooms and kitchen. To be clear, Avanti was willing to charge me $300 while warning me in advance that most of my home might not be cleaned. I explained again that our home is well maintained, that there are only two adults living here, and that we simply needed a normal professional cleaning. Leisa responded that she would put notes on the account for the cleaning team. That made the outcome feel predetermined. I was being asked to either pay $500 or risk paying $300 for only a kitchen and bathrooms. That is not customer service. That is pressure. Companies are entitled to change their pricing and policies. Customers are also entitled to know when a company they trusted for years is now operating very differently. Avanti did not lose my business because I could not afford a deep cleaning.
