I will give this company a three. For the most part the house was cleaned. Now I will be honest I am unsure exactly what my wife told them to clean but some of the issue should have been done. My sons room has a ton of cleaning left on the walls. Walls where not cleaned at all. Still had dust on them and a ton of marks. Master bedroom actually had blackfish dust still on the wall. Upstairs tile still has footprints on it and dirt. Front door still has dirt on it. Downstairs storage area has tons of marks on walls. Black smudge on tile downstairs. I will leave the review at 3 since I am unsure what my wife told them. But majorlity of issues should have been in scope of what was initially asked for. read more

Needed a cleaning last minute and I Clean came through. I work full time, have 3 dogs, a 2 year old with another one on the way, so to say that I'm exhausted when I get home at 6:30 every day is an understatement. They even did little touches like folding the toilet tissue rolls and bath towels into little designs. My master bathroom roll looked like a little tuxedo and bow tie! I have tried other cleaning services and have been left unhappy or feeling like I paid too much for the service. Not this time! I am so happy with the cleaning crew from iClean! If I could give 6 Stars I would. Nina and Jessica exceeded our expectations in cleaning my elderly Mother's home. The level of detail and thoroughness in cleaning went above and beyond the financial "investment". For example, the oven was cleaned, the glass shelves in the Hutch, all furniture was moved; beds, sofas - everything was not left unturned. I'm literally shocked not only by the exceptional cleaning job and value - but the professional and quite 'sunny' disposition of both Nina and Jessica after a truly difficult job. So disappointed that I hired this company to clean my home. I completely do not recommend them. They do not finish their work in 2.5 hours because they want you to pay extra pay for extra time cleaning. The two ladies that came to clean my home were so unprofessional cleaners. Omg!...they are the worst cleaners I have had to clean my home. I just completrly regretted it. They left my house half cleaned and half uncleaned completely (only because I refused their offer to pay them extra more money if I want them to finish cleaning my home). Unfortunately, I paid in cash and couldn't remember the name of the company and had to use someone else the last time I had my home cleaned and was nowhere near as happy with the results but thankfully figured out from phone logs and will be calling IClean to come back out!! read more

I have been using iclean for about 2 years and couldnt be happier! The ladies do the best job of any housekeeper or maid service that I have ever used. They call to confirm your appointment and will come if you need them last minute. My hardwood floors are always spotless, they get every last dust bunny even behind furniture, and get a ladder to get the hard to reach spots, and even clean lamp shades and plantation shutters. I paid $140 to have a deep clean a couple of months ago and it was an decent job but they didn't get the refrigerator wiped out or dust the 1 small pot shelf in the kitchen. (Kinda annoyed) but I was happy to have help. So I hired the service to do a standard clean $120 and they were here for 2hrs 45min a so so job I didn't see until they left that they didn't mop the kitchen or the entry way, just swept it with the vacuum. .. and forget dusting pot shelves, inside of stove or fridge..... I'm really mad at myself now because I always tip and this time I shouldn't have. read more

What can I say? Two women showed up on time, and worked tirelessly and effortlessly as they took care of every corner of my home. My home has honestly not looked this clean since I first moved in. These ladies were awesome! I think we had Lupe and Juanita as our cleaners. These ladies were pros and our rental looked sparkling clean after about 4 hours with them. A badly stained shower that the owner thought he had to replace upon our departure was left sparkling WHITE! That alone impressed me. The whole house was smelling wonderful, not chemically, which was great. The owner was impressed, too, and wanted their info. Our specs: We had a 3 bedroom, 1400 sq ft house. 2 carpeted rooms with one carpeted closet. We had a separate carpet cleaner, so I don't know if they offer carpet cleaning (outside of vacuuming). We paid in cash. Yelpers they will honor the Deep Clean deal of $140 offered through the Zipcode book (89052). You know, how hard it is sometimes to get these advertised deals. This company is legit! :) Well worth the extra tip! The only negative I can give them is a small one in light of all their great work. They were at least 30 minutes late. We did have to call them to make sure they were on their way. We would have appreciated a courtesy call with being late, but the actual work itself was stunning. Thanks ladies! read more

Long story short: they are not honest about the services offered, do a mediocre job, and take weeks to cash your check.... Here's the short story long.....I was having guest from out of town for Christmas and wanted to have a deep clean done of the house. I researched companies and found the billboard for the deep clean service from iclean for $199. When I looked at their website it showed the same service for $180. The sales person in the main office honored the deal. I was told the deep clean included 2 maids for 5 hours, a total of 10 man hours. The ladies packed up to leave at 4 hours and said the the main office told them only 4 hours. The ladies who came were nice, but did a mediocre job overall. My priority was the blinds, window sills, and baseboards. They didn't even touch the blinds in my living room which are right behind the couch thus super visible! The fridge was not cleaned, The lower parts of the furniture were not polished. The kids beds were not polished. At the follow up call I let the office know and was promised a 1 hour make up clean. He was supposed to call me back after Christmas.. I have still not received a call back and it's over 2 weeks later. I called to sort it out today with the office and was told that the $180 deal does not exist (even though is is plainly on their website) and that I was not owed any make up clean. I would not book this service again. Avoid the hassle and go with a more professional company!!! read more

One of the best things I love is they are always on time. That is very important to me. I really can't think of any major complaints. I've used this service twice before. The first time I would have given 5 stars. I asked for a deep cleaning and I was quoted a great price. The two women did an amazing job. I gave them a nice tip and they were very appreciative. I was so happy with the service, I didn't even shop around the next time I needed a deep cleaning. The price I was quoted was not at good, but still more than fair. However, two different women came, and they didn't really do a deep cleaning. The cleaning was at least average though, nothing to complain about. But after they left, I found my toilet backed up. I called, but the woman who answered the phone said the ladies told her nothing happened. So I took her at her word... figured maybe one of my kids accidently flushed something they shouldn't have (even though they swore they didn't). Well... 5 months later that same toilet has backed up twice more after being snaked. This time, the plumber finally snagged the stoppage instead of just moving it around. It was a steel wool pad. Thus the one star... because of the $1,175 in plumbing bills I have incurred since this happened. read more

They were not loud to over power the tv. They cleaned and polished floors, cabinets, mirrors, appliances, some of the Windows, the window blinds, and more. initially called iclean to obtain a quote, after getting some prices they had great prices. i went ahead and scheduled a deep cleaning. i was very pleased when i was able to schedule a same day cleaning. the ladies that came to my home did an absolute great job. they check everything before they leave and make sure that everything is in immaculate condition. i have now made them my cleaning company for ongoing services. very pleased and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more
