Just like all the other 5 Star reviews. Rob is polite, experienced, professional, reliable person to hire. He did a great job, was in and out in no time. Thank you Rob for all you do. read more

I wish I could give Rob more than a 5 star review! If you are looking for a REAL professional, that does it RIGHT the FIRST time and takes REAL pride in his work.... Call Rob!!! I am 60 years old and have had my carpets cleaned MANY times over the years, Never have I have the pleasure to do business with a real professional that has taken such good efforts to make sure the job came out nice! No, "splash and Dash" here. No hard up sell, just an honest real hard working guy out to take care of his customers! So hard to find anymore. Thank you Rob! read more

We needed our commercial carpeting cleaned ASAP for an event we were having and I clean carpets came out within 12 hours and made all of our carpets look clean again for an affordable price. I highly recommend this company. There was no up selling he quoted the job and that was the price. read more

Rob was great in doing a nice cleaning of my extremely hard to reach 2nd floor condo because of its distance from the parking lot (~300 ft). He was able to do it however and completed the job within 1.5 hours. He even threw in cleaning my patio rug for me. Great work overall and the carpets are so fresh. read more

The 5 star reviews are what had me dialing the phone... The response time and detailed work are what have me writing this review. Very quick response and they were cleaning our carpet the next day. Can't recommend them enough. As a guy that does not like carpet and we have a bit of it in our new house, we can keep the carpet for another season or two before we replace with wood. Call them up and be happy with the results. read more

I am updating my Review from 4 to 5 stars, Rob the owner contacted me once he realized he did not provide his quote to his worker. He promptly corrected the price! As I said in my first review this company does a good work. The owner is a stand up guy who puts his customers first. I will definitely use them for all my carpet and tile cleaning. I'm also a Real Estate Agent and will definitely recommend this company to my clients! read more

There were a few hiccups getting him here, but NONE OF IT MATTERS compared to the truly stellar job he did! He clearly knows an unusual amount about blended fiber rugs and their specific cleaning needs. Not only did he give me great maintenance advice for my existing rugs, he also had useful advice on future rug selection. His price is comparable to the yellow truck dudes ... and I mean no disrespect to them when I say Rob's knowledge trumps any info I've gotten from DECADES of yellow truck guys. Full disclosure: Took a few days to get a callback, and he stood me up the first day because of an emergency. Couldn't care less. We'll be using him again! read more

Today I used this company to come clean my apartment. I live in a 2 story townhome with a lot of carpet. I cannot begin to explain how clean my house smells & how great our carpet looks. It looks brand new. Rob took his time and was incredibly precise & efficient. The price was great too. I've used other companies in the past that have been double the price and did a poor job. I will 1000000% be using this company again. Couldn't say enough good things about this company. You must use I Clean Carpets!! read more

Folks, to call anyone else to clean your carpets is foolish. Rob came and cleaned the vile carpets at my 21 year old daughter's rental house as she was moving out and made them beautiful again. She had 5 roommates, all equally dirty and careless with their cleaning habits. We're talking about light colored carpets that had been abused by parties with hordes of twenty something's drinking 'the alcohols' from red Solo cups and doing God knows what else, plus they had pets...God they had a whole menagerie of pets... I shudder to think what those dirty carpets were like underneath the piles of pizza boxes, empty Doritos bags, Taco Bell wrappers, Mountain Dew cans and empty video game boxes. *yuck* This man is 'The Carpet Whisperer'. Oh, and the reason that Rob got involved was because my kid had originally tried to handle getting her carpets cleaned on her own and called some shifty carpet cleaning company that she found a coupon for. They had advertised 3 rooms cleaned for $35 in a local paper and they were there giving my daughter the old bait and switch and hard sell of services much, much more expensive. She called me in a complete panic and I told her to tell them to get lost and to call Rob instead. This is the 3rd time I've called on Rob for carpet cleaning and I will be using him again very, very soon for my own home. His integrity and workmanship speaks for itself. read more

Rob is the Carpet Cleaning man! If you need carpet's cleaned- this is your guy! I have a house full of carpets and Rob worked diligently for 3 hours until they were all cleaned. (I have no idea how he can keep up the pace he does!) Thanks Rob for a superior job and superior effort! I will be using you again and referring you to as many people as I can. read more

I came back from a month-long vacation end of Feb 2017 and noticed that the carpet was black underneath an unused rabbit cage, in a room I hardly ever go to. And the stain and rabbit cage was in an open closet. All that time and in Jan, the roof had leaked around the AC duct and the water ran down the duct below the rabbit cage, and there the wet sat for 2 months. The carpet was all black with mold under the rabbit cage. I got the roof jack redone, so I could know the roof won't leak onto the carpet again after I get it cleaned. If you want a good reasonable AC company, call JMAC. They took off AC, put new jack, and resealed and fixed a broken fan switch for $850 when other 5 yelp star AC companies wanted $1300 - $2500 just for the roof jack. Their repair did not leak, in the next rains. After the mold dried for several weeks I vacuumed it well, and a lot of the black lightened quite a bit, but carpet was still severely stained. I called other highly rated carpet cleaners but none of them would come out and clean mold, because they said it comes back. They would only cut out the carpet and replace with new carpet and pad, for which they would charge $250 for their labor. But I did not have enough matching carpet. But Rob said he would come out for $100, and he has mold cleaner called Milgicide TSI he could put on it. However Rob said he would not guarantee that the stain would not come back but he would "do his best". I said that is all I ask , and do not expect a guarantee. He came out on March 10, 2017 and worked really hard, cleaning and cleaning, and cleaning and rubbing his stain removers into the bad spots on that small 2 x 3 area and some small spots near it. Since the spot was so small only 2 x 3 feet, I asked if Rob would clean some other traffic areas in my house, which he was happy to do "so you can feel you got your money's worth" (his words, not mine, but he knew my thoughts). Today, 4 months later, that 2 x 3 spot still looks clean. Not all the stains came out but it is better than cutting the carpet out, and I put the rabbit cage back on top when I was thoroughly dry, so you cannot see the remaining stains that would not come out. I think the mold would only come back if the carpet got wet again. He left me a bottle of carpet stain remover, which he says he gives to every customer. I am happy with the result ! This is the first time I used Rob and he will always be my carpet cleaner from now on. read more

I can't recommend enough!! We had a tough pet urine problem and he was able to remove the smell! I've used others in the past and have had to have them come out several times. He knocked it out in one visit!!! read more

Had an excellent experience with Rob. Came on time, price was reasonable, carpets and sofa are clean, and the rest of the house is undamaged (he brought nifty corner protectors for where he was going to be bringing in his equipment). Rob was also nice and personable in a slightly quirky way. Get the feeling he's an experienced philosopher of life moonlighting as a carpet cleaner. The dog liked him too, and our dog is a great judge of character. Oh! and he left a bottle of spot cleaner for us, which was unusually nice of him. read more

I'm not really sure what to say here. Why is he posting that he received a call asking for $2,000 to remove the review? Why would someone call him to remove a review about him? After I posted the review, Rob text me that he was in a car accident and in the hospital so that's why he never made it to my appointment. He said he couldn't contact me since he is owner and sole employee and in the hospital with a concussion. I thanked him for his follow up -- that I personally think was only because of my Yelp review. Still doesn't change the fact that I was in a hard place where I had no one to clean my carpet on a holiday weekend. Maybe Rob does a great job cleaning carpets, I contacted him for a quote since he had so many great reviews, but he didn't show up and now him behavior with extortion accusations is just a little unsettling. read more

4th time using Rob now and service is still just as excellent as the 1st time. I contacted him to clean some area rugs and when he got back to me to schedule I had just found out I had Covid. He offered to do it with no contact if I left the rugs outside. His van was being serviced in the shop that day and yes he still came and cleaned the rugs right after getting the van back. Professional, amazing service and my rugs look like new every time read more

Rob was very prompt on answering questions, making an appointment, friendly & had excellent customer service. He listened & followed through on all requests. We will definitely be using his carpet cleaning service in the future. read more

I saw these reviews and thought, "How in the hell can a CARPET GUY get so many 5-stars?? It's CARPET CLEANING." And then he called (late, like someone else said, after a long workday). And then he was able to come out within a day or two, like someone else said. And then he & I had a convo about Yelp and how wonderful it is & I got a discount for being a committed Yelper. And then he showed up and I was schooled... Until Rob walked in, I have never met anyone who is actually PASSIONATE about carpet cleaning. He's been doing it a long time, and it still actually EXCITES him. He talks about carpet stain victories like an enthusiastic fan talking about his favorite winning team. "I Clean Carpets" isn't the name of his business as much as it is his bold proclamation to Planet Earth (or at least metro Phoenix), water vacuum held high in victory stance. He's nice, personable, really careful with stuff in the house, brought a great assistant who was just as nice. And when Rob talks dirty carpet, you can tell he's FIRED UP. He's not acting, he's not making you feel good, he's genuinely PASSIONATE about cleaning carpets.I know, I keep saying it, using all-caps. But... Huh. Who knew. Like learning about a sub-species of humans I never knew existed. His work reflects it. Enough said - the 5-stars are actually all accurate. Craziest thing. Only recommendation for improvement: Change the biz name from "I Clean Carpets" to "I CLEAN CARPETS!!!" read more

This review has been long overdue. I contacted Rob at "I Clean Carpets" after reading the amazing reviews about his company. Hands down, I Clean Carpets is the best carpet and tile cleaning business in the valley. I contacted Rob and scheduled my appointment a couple weeks out so I can get on his books early. After explaining what I needed done he gave me an estimate over the phone that was very reasonable. We have been living in our house for about 5 years (new build) and have never had the carpets cleaned. We have a set of 4 year old twins and one on the way so we figured it was about time. Rob called me as he was getting ready to leave his previous customers house and explained how far away he was. He then called again explaining their was some traffic and would be there shortly. I understand traffic and accidents happen and Rob is very good communicating with his customers his estimated time of arrival. Rob and his assistant showed up and immediately started setting up. He placed corner guards around the house and even helped move some furniture. I had about 1500 Sq. ft. of tile and grout that I needed cleaned and sealed and also 4 bedrooms of carpet cleaning. Rob and his assistant tackled the tile first and started with a pre-treatment. His assistant then went around and brushed every grout line until it looked brand new again. After the brush job, they hit it with a powerful pressure washer which made the tile look immaculate. My carpets were in pretty good shape and had a few small spots. Rob was able to easily remove these spots and made the carpets smell and look brand new again. After all the tile and carpet was cleaned he applied a scotch guard to the carpets and sealed all the tile and grout. Rob and his assistant did an amazing job!! They were very professional, clean and took great care during the entire process. After speaking with Rob you can tell he has been in the business for a long time and knew all the tips and secrets. As he was leaving he gave me a bottle of spot removal if any future spills may occur. Rob also called me the following day to follow up with the carpet and tile cleaning and wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Talk about customer service!!! I was so happy with the service I received!! I will be using Rob in the future and will be recommending him to all of my friends and family. read more

I also found Rob on Yelp. He did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and addressed a massive pet urine problem on my new rug. He left me with a urine cleaning solution and told me how to use it should the smell continue. The smell was better but not entirely gone so I used the solution as directed. After 2 applications I called him back to do a re-treat of the area. He came back and did another through cleaning at no charge. After two weeks I still noticed the smell I called him and he came over that night at 7:30 p.m. to do another treatment. Rob is a hard worker, personable, and does a very professional cleaning. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and is very knowledgeable about stains (especially pet stains/odors). I would highly recommend him and I will use him on all my future carpet cleaning jobs. Thanks Rob. read more

Rob is a pro. He does a terrific job, explains everything from what he is doing, after care to preventative steps. He even left a bottle with solution for future spots. He is obviously a people pleaser and will do just about anything to please a customer. I found him through Yelp because of good reviews and he doesn't disappoint. Sometimes he is very busy (lots of happy customers to help) and he does all of his appointments, so be patient with contacting and scheduling. When he cleans your carpets, rugs and couches you will not be disappointed. I even got my apartment deposit back when I thought it was a lost cause. read more

This guy rocks! Such a hard worker. Showed up, got the job done. Will definitely use him again.

Wow! I called based this company based on a Yelp review I found this AM. This guy/business owner answered his phone right away and set up an appointment for me the same day which was this afternoon. He showed up on time - was friendly, clean and professional. He also charged me a VERY fair rate! His work was perfection. My couch looks brand new, my 5 year old son's carpet looks wonderfully clean and my cool modern White Shag area carpet looks great (again!) Wonderful company! Highly recommeded! :) Sandra read more

LOVED Rob! The owner is the actual technician that comes to clean your carpets. He is very nice, clean, and super helpful. It can be a little scary having random people come into your home but I felt very safe and comfortable with him. He takes his time, doesn't rush the job, and makes sure it gets done right. I wouldn't use another carpet cleaning service after having him do such a phenomenal job! read more

My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about Rob the owner of I Clean Carpets. I came across him on Yelp and was very impressed with all of the excellent reviews. We just moved into our home and needed to get our bedroom carpet cleaned in addition a sofa and love seat. We had to split up the work because of moving constraints. Rob went above and beyond and was able to accommodate us on two separate visits. He is very professional and courteous and does an outstanding job with a smile . We would highly recommend Rob for going the extra mile and providing 5 star service. read more

I was excited to have my tile floors professionally cleaned, and one company stood WAY out, and I was excited to try "I Clean Carpets". Scheduling with Rob was fast and easy, and you couldn't ask for a better communicator. Rob does a great job of giving you an idea of arrival time, and even will update you with a text or call on actual arrival time. Once Rob gets to your location, he is a whirlwind of activity. He quickly gets his gear set up and explains the process. Rob's attention to detail was outstanding, and you can tell he is a consummate professional. I never knew 'wall bumpers' existed, but Rob placed them throughout the house, so that when the tubing from the cleaner was moved, it didn't imprint anything on the walls. Pretty cool, right? Rob got my floors so clean, I almost don't want to let anyone walk in the house. My dog is still mad that he has to wear baby socks- but hey- I am not messing up these floors! In short, you cannot go wrong with Rob, and "I Clean Carpet'. Rob knows his business, and takes better care of your floor than you do- so do yourself a favor and make that appointment today, you will be very happy you did! read more

If you've ever questioned a 5-star review and wondered whether it was the real deal, you don't have to worry about that with I Clean Carpets. I trusted all the Yelp reviews and couldn't be happier with the results. You deal with Rob 100% of the time - there is no receptionist or middle-man that brokers his time. You speak with Rob directly every single time (except when he's cleaning someone else's carpets!) Messages are returned within the as-promised 24-hour window and scheduling is a breeze. Rob's professionalism shines while onsite as well. Nothing is done without your consent and he makes sure to take care of your house like it were his own. I have priced out other carpet cleaners in the area (who don't have 5-star reviews) and they were actually more expensive than I Clean Carpets. Even if Rob were a bit more expensive, I would still call him again. Thankfully, his prices are fair and he does a superb job. In fact, we're having him come out again this Friday. I don't think I'll be calling anyone else to clean our carpets! read more

Rob is a consummate professional! He did a excellent job cleaning our carpet! He even supplied booties to walk over the carpets after he left! We asked him about cleaning Oriental Carpets..he indicated he doesn't do them however said he knew someone who did...he personally picked our up had them cleaned & returned them..the pricing was fair & the carpets looked fabulous when done! I'd highly recommend his services! Excellent! read more

I had Rob out last week to clean my mother's carpets. I waited a week to write the review because the last time the 3 berber carpeted rooms were cleaned (not by Rob) it looked awesome and then a week later stains reappeared. I didn't believe these carpets could look so new again because they are over 20 years old. The week wait is over and Rob did it. They look wonderful and I really am amazed how great they turned out. He also cleaned a dining room/living combo with low shag. Again top flight. He was early, performed all the work himself very carefully placing wall guards leaving no mess. He also left us little booties and a bottle of stain spray for future accidents. I am recommending his service to everyone who wants the best carpet cleaning in Arizona. I wish we could clone him for our rental properties in Washington!! Thank you Rob:) read more

We just moved to Chandler from out-of-state and have depended on YELP reviews to find all the professional services we need! I could NOT be more PLEASED to recommend Rob's (super amazing) carpet cleaning!! Wait until you hear my story... Ok, so before I got to AZ, my husband had Rob @ I Clean Carpets come to totally clean our carpets and tile. I am allergic to cats and the previous owners had several, so I was worried about that...well Rob did a fantastic job bringing our carpet and tile back to life, sans allergens!! He worked SO hard and stayed here until LATE at night to get the job done. My husband was really impressed! Fast forward 2 weeks...I move in, (NO allergies from prev. cats!) We have a sudden water leak from the water line in the bathroom while I am out...total flood in CARPETED bathroom! UGH! The plumber recommended I call a restoration company or rent a Shop Vac from Home Depot. INSTEAD, I called Rob @ I Clean Carpets... Best Decision!!! He came right out (even though he was booked!!), pulled up the carpeting, disinfected, deodorized, set up a industrial fan to dry the carpet and padding and said he would return later in the day to check on it. He returned as he said, reattached the carpet and put everything back! THEN, he repaired areas of the carpet where the previous kitties had shredded @ doorways. He actually cut out puzzle pieces of extra carpeting to fill in areas that looked shredded. The repairs look great!! Rob just goes above and beyond what is expected!!! Prices are more than fair and get this...he is a YELPer too!! Can't be beat! Thanks Rob!! :) read more

Found I Clean Carpets on Yelp. Rob answered his phone, set appointment. Showed up EARLY to do carpets and couch. I found Rob to be very knowledgeable and straight forward. The price for the carpet and couch quoted was what I paid. NO UP-CHARGES. Rob did a fantastic job and I will be referring him to my real estate clients. read more

I found Rob using the "Hot New Businesses" option on my Yelp app looking for a new local restaurant to support: instead, I found I Clean Carpets. I called him to inquiry about cleaning our living room furniture. He answered immediately, was professional and the price was right. He quoted me a price on the phone and unlike "other" cleaners I've used in the past, he didn't try to up-sell me or "add-on" additional services like pre-treating, deodorizing, etc. EVERYTHING was included. I didn't mention the throw pillows we had in the living room (9 total) on the phone because it didn't dawn on me to include them: he threw those in for free!!! He called 30 minutes before the quoted window of arrival and confirmed an exact time. He arrived on-time, was professional looking and polite. When he was done cleaning -SPENT 3 HOURS on 1 sofa, a chair, an ottoman and 9 throw pillows- he showed us the "dirty" water: OH MY WORD, it was filthy!!! I used another cleaning service, Pro-Clean (still have the receipt and found him by using the smart shopper coupon that comes in the mail on Wednesdays) less than a year ago; clearly he DID NOT do a good job! There's no way my couches got THAT DIRTY in 9-10 months! On top of that, he only spent about an hour and a half here and he DID NOT do the pillows! He also sold me on the "pre-treating" of the stains (which came back when they dried), deodorizing and charged SIGNIFICANTLY more than Rob did. I have NO DOUBT that you will be 100% satisfied with his work! Do NOT hesitate to call Rob, I Clean Carpets for all your steam cleaning needs! Thank you I Clean Carpets! read more

In our business, it's important to have relationships with good vendors. After using other carpet cleaning companies for years, we found ourselves looking for someone that was honest, dependable, reasonably priced and did not have a bunch of hidden fees. My wife called Rob and hired him to clean the carpets in our home. He does all the work himself, is personable, professional and an extremely hard worker. AND, our carpets look great! Heck, the carpet in our "pool table room" is probably 10 years old. We have three boys and two dogs and the carpet now looks like new again. We gladly refer I Clean Carpets to family, friends and business associates and you should, too. read more

Fantastic, Alex went well beyond my picky expectations. He managed to make my 15-year old carpet look like new. He's clearly proud of his work and took his time doing everything precisely right. He also cleaned the grout in shower and it looked as good as it ever did. You're obviously only reading this review because you want your carpet cleaned; you don't need to look any further, these folks are the ones to use! read more

I'm about a month late on this review but I have to give BIG KUDOS to Rob and his I Clean Carpets service. I was moving out of my old apartment at the end of February and desperately needed carpet cleaning in order to get my deposit back. When Rob and his assistant showed up, they got right to work (no nonsense chit-chat time wasting) and before I knew it- they were finished about 40 minutes later (granted my unit was only a little over 600 sq. feet). I paid cash for the service, and mistakenly thought the price was $5 less than what he originally quoted. Rob gave me the benefit of the doubt, I paid him what I thought I owed, and shortly after he left I pulled up the text message to confirm my recollection of the price. OMG, MY BAD! I was TOTALLY in the wrong. When I realized my mistake, I ran outside to give him the $5 difference but he had already left the complex. I immediately contacted him to apologize for the mistake and offered to mail the $5, but Rob was beyond cool and told me not to worry about it, he "wasn't sweating $5." Lol ;) I really do appreciate his kindness, UTMOST professionalism, and great service. Rob did an OUTSTANDING job and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who needed carpet cleaning service. And yes- I received my deposit back, IN FULL! Thanks Rob. read more

One review can't do I Clean Carpets justice. Rob isn't just the best in his industry I place him in the top 2% of all service professionals. As both student and master of his craft, he constantly finds ways to improve his product offering and services. As a pet owner, my carpets need tended to every 60-90 days. During the dog days of summer, sometimes more often. It is not uncommon to see Rob drop in and offer complimentary touch up work. His prices are well below industry average yet the quality of his work is upper echelon. I have a couple non-negotiables in my life. I Clean Carpets has earned my lifetime loyalty and trust. None other need apply. read more

Rob was a referral from a friend and exceeded all expectations. He cleaned one of my rental properties, which has had carpets cleaned 5 times now by various cleaners, and hands down I Clean Carpets is the best. Here's why; Rob answered the phone when I called He scheduled the day I had in mind for the cleaning He showed up on time and called ahead as requested It was clear he spent MORE time cleaning than prior companies It was very clear he charged LESS than prior cleaning companies The results were amazing As the other reviews state, he doesn't hassle w/ up-charges or add-ons. Pre-treat was standard and included in his price. He has a keen eye for picking out stains I hadn't even noticed and giving them extra attention. Bottom line...better results, less money, professional service. Thanks so much Rob! read more
