God's honest truth. My theory is it boils down to a beautiful symphony of two worlds: the professional and experienced staff; then the genius, kid-friendly atmosphere. My first phone call was in a panic. I had called several offices trying to get an appointment for my just-turned-two-year-old who had just knocked out his front tooth. Other dentists' offices yawned to get me an appointment within the next few days and were more concerned about our insurance info (i.e. their money). Dr Po's office immediately said this is an emergency and that we 'must come in that second' and gave us very detailed instructions on what to do (tooth in whole milk, etc). It was one of those epiphanies because I thought: wow, what's wrong with those other dentists and why didn't I call these guys first?! So within the hour we were there and we saw Dr Po and he put our toddler's tooth back in like a rockstar. Did I mention he is cross between 007 and Ron Burgundy (he's very funny)? He was so cool under pressure (because our toddler was freaking out, after all it was a traumatic first visit), yet so confident and in control. And his staff were yet again bending over backwards to help us and to get to know us in person. We got the full tour of the office after, and they even have a special waiting room that has a nice leather couch, stuffed animals and a tv. It closes off and serves as a resting place for patients after procedures if they're still drowsy. I would say this office is mostly a train theme. The centerpiece is a full train above the main desk that loops around the office complete with detailed scenery. There are train puzzles and train toys, a chest full of building blocks, a kids table and plenty (tons) of chairs in a big reception area in front. They even have a rabbit in Dr Po's office that they let my boy pet. When we pulled into the parking lot my second visit, my son was already calling for the choo choo train and by the time we went up the stairs to their office on the second floor, he wanted to see the rabbit too! And after my most recent visit, he wanted to play after our appointment and was quite upset when we had to leave. So lots of positives in his mind and we can safely say he loves coming here! Sure, he does the typical crying at first when he sits in the big chair to get some work done, but they were able to clean his teeth with no issues whatsoever, amazingly. They have the magic touch, clearly. Imagine that traumatic of a first visit; yet can get his teeth cleaned the second visit like a pro. Clearly this place has been doing dentistry a long time. I can't say enough about the staff, they are one of a kind. I've been to the dentist more times than I want in my life, but I've never seen this warm a atmosphere. To put it in more layman's words: they are like Chick-fil-a and others are McDonald's. I'm glad we finally found a dentist for our boys!

I do the initial consultation and the doctor tells me that I need a second opinion from an expert ortho surgeon to confirm if I need to remove a tooth or not prior to braces. This is my third appointment that I've gone to. I go to the appointment and the surgeon confirms what I've already told the doctor that every other person has recommended not to remove it because of the risk. Instead of telling me that it doesn't matter what the surgeon says she wants to remove the teeth anyways the office constantly delays me scheduling my appointment for months telling me that I need to talk to the manager. That the manger is on PTO, they're not back but they'll call me. I finally come in and was able to talk to somebody only for them to tell me that they were stalling me literally... This is a complete waste of my time. This is so unprofessional and not mature at all. What kind of business is this ? 0/10 don't recommend. Fast forward to the third visit for the tooth repair, our appointment was for 7:20am when we arrive there is a sign at the receptionist desk advising they are in an office meeting until 7:30. Why would you schedule an appointment for 7:20 if you're going to be in a meeting at that time, as if the customers time is not valuable. Please, please, stay away from this place…read more I had a cleaning and needed some fillings, but the experience was so rushed and painful that I had to leave after the first filling. I genuinely hope others avoid this place--you deserve better than this. The good: Booking was straightforward. My appointment was at 9:00 am, and I was seen around 9:05. X-rays were quick and efficient. The bad: The actual dental procedure didn't begin until around 10:40. Once it started, everything felt rushed. Numbing cream was applied, but they barely turned around before administering the anesthetic injection. The injection was painful. From what I understand, the injection typically takes several minutes to take effect, but the dentist began the procedure within about three minutes. I don't believe the anesthetic had fully kicked in--it was painful. To make things worse, the assistant jammed the water spray and suction hard into my gums. I had trouble breathing while trying to tolerate the pain. Imaging going through this just for a simple procedure. After just one filling, I decided to stop the treatment. I paid my copay at the front desk and left. Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the office saying I had a balance due. Apparently, when they removed the two unfinished fillings from the bill, they also removed the deductible. I would have appreciated a simple acknowledgment that this was their mistake. Instead, the call began with them stating I owed money--implying I hadn't paid before leaving. It was frustrating, especially after an already painful and uncomfortable visit.
