Since purchasing my RDX in 2024, I have exclusively used your facility for maintenance; however, a recent visit to an independent service center revealed that my air intake duct assembly had been improperly installed, with multiple clips broken or missing. Additionally, the technician noted that the drain bolt required replacement. The independent shop provided efficient, cost-effective service, including filter replacements, within ten minutes. Furthermore, I have serious reservations regarding the operational conduct of your service department. On previous occasions, my vehicle was retained for the entire day, and I observed evidence suggesting the car was used for personal errands by staff, as it was returned with significantly less fuel than when dropped off. I also discovered unexplained tire abrasions and damage to the driver-side rims upon retrieval. When I previously raised these issues with your team, my concerns were dismissed. Consequently, I intend to limit my future interactions with your service department strictly to warranty-related matters.

That used to mean something. Now? It's like I was invisible. The salesman couldn't be bothered, and Brandon, the "manager," acted like I was wasting his time. Apparently, if you're not financing through them (where they can pad your interest rate and milk you in the back office), they don't want your business. And it gets worse. I brought in a rig I bought from them just last year, and they had the audacity to offer me nearly half of what wholesale is worth, a full $25,000 less than what I paid them for it. That's not depreciation. That's straight-up theft in disguise. This isn't just a bad day at a single dealership. This is how the entire I-5 Motors group does business now; disrespectful, dismissive, and dishonest. I decided to keep my trade and walked out. And I won't be walking back in.
