We negotiated that sale over the phone without issue as they were going to just pay off the lease. While dropping off that vehicle at the dealership, I found a 2025 pickup on the lot that I was interested in. In negotiation I was going to trade in my 2017 pickup. They offer came to me showing monthly payments. Digging through the math to find out how they got to the payments, I found the trade-in value was $21,500. I turned down the offer to purchase as the trade in was too low. They came back increasing the trade-in to $23,3xx and showing that # on the offer paperwork with the payment options. I agreed and proceeded with the deal. After some time waiting, we completed the pile of paperwork for signing and left. At home I noticed in the final contract they had changed the trade-in back to the $21,500 trade-in value. I inquired with the sales and finance staff about the discrepancy. The Finance person never got back to me on this issue. The salesperson argued that "the $23,3xx was actually the $21,500 plus the tax savings I was getting by trading in the vehicle, which comes to the $23,3xx". I argued that they had told me in word and then showed me on the negotiation paperwork that they were giving me the $23,3xx trade-in! Sales guy repeated his argument above and tried to muddy the water more by adding other arguments. Salesperson never escalated to finance or management to address this issue. I should have spent more time reviewing the paperwork! I thought they were a reputable dealership and could be trusted. I wouldn't do business with them again!

We bought a warranty, that covered them to replace ONE SIDE of the motor but not the other, and that took MONTHS (by some backyard mechanic he has) ! While they had it they burned up the full tank tank of fuel and put in it and they put 1000 miles on it ( said with the shady shit they did with the warranty company they HAD to put 1000 miles on it and have it for 30 days ) However they didn't state that to either of us prior to me calling after they had it 6 weeks to see what the status on it was. and when I called he stated that they had just pulled the tranny then I asked when I could come get it and he rudely stated that transmissions don't go in over night ( Ummm yes they do) He did some shady shit with the warranty company to get the tranny fixed finally got it back, drove from Glenoma to Point Defiance Zoo and it over heated in Lacy at exit 111, I was stranded there for 6 hours with 3 kids. Now the jeep is at OUR mechanics shop being fixed properly. The motor is blown!! And now the warranty company don't want to cover it! Says it was out of antifreeze...ya it blew all the water out of it!! Moral of the story is this guy is an absolute crook in my opinion! I bought this shitbox 9 months ago I have literally put 400 miles on it since the day I bought it, 200 of those miles where taking it back to Mills Motors to be fixed ( and it never was fixed properly just with band aids) I now have had to take a 5k loan to have the motor fixed THE RIGHT WAY and have to fight with the warranty company. MIlls motors was beyond rude to us everytime we called, even left my old man a message saying he needed to put me on a leash cause he doesn't appreciate being threatened with attorneys, so I am no longer threatening, I am getting an attorney and calling the attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I RECCOMEND ANY CARLOT BUT THIS ONE. He wouldn't even give us a loaner while he had the jeep for MONTHS on end! Subaru Forester 2007-overheating problem, Mercury mountaineer-window motor problem, door latches seizing up, Ford Expedition-transmission problems, $20,000 Ford F-150 2013-manifold leak/failed turbo. The mechanic at the shop was nice about helping me diagnose a few check engine lights. Unfortunately after about two years of owning the truck, one of the turbos started to fail and a manifold leak developed. Every time I approached the shop to try and get this figured out, the lead mechanic seemed short/annoyed with me on trying to get this fixed. I'm sure he had a lot of work going, and that was probably the case. This ended up being a 5,000 fix at another mechanic. For every vehicle I purchased I paid over the blue book value on the vehicle. This company goes off of NANDA ratings which runs a little higher than KBB. I paid relatively higher interest rates on the vehicles I purchased. The front office staff is really organized and helpful with purchases, payments, and getting things addressed if you notice problems a few miles down the road that end up appearing.

After having previously purchased a lemon from another dealer, I practically begged Mike not to be a crook--I know, it sounds weird, but it's true--and he wasn't. He didn't rip me off. I won't say it was a perfect experience. There were a few snags along the way, but it was the Christmas season, and we should all expect some delays during the holidays. The complaint I want to make is for the parts department. They asked if I would be willing to take a used swaybar, and I said yes. What they did not explain is that it would completely fall apart in my mechanic's hands a year later. Trust me when I say that I didn't drive a lot during the first year. It was a simply bad part. Still, I think the business deserves a thumbs up overall. The fact that I was sold a good truck is the most important detail. It will be the last truck I own in this lifetime. I'm happy with it.
