Ice cream tasted like it had freezer burn and not many flavors in addition to this the employees were kinda rude.

I got the wild berry smoothie for the 2nd time this week and it was good but not as good as the first time I had it at the Lincoln Road location. This time it was more watery and the cranberry juice flavor was a bit overwhelming. I wish she would've kept a thicker consistency so it tasted more like a smoothie and less like a juice. There machine was down and they couldn't take credit cards but they were totally cool about it and allowed us to eat our ice cream while they sorted things out. Haagen-dazs is always a hit and although this location is a little smaller than most it still has sufficient flavors to satisfy all cravings. While making my gf's smoothie however we noticed that they didn't have a selection of fruit and just gave her what they had which was cool but we have been to many other locations with a few more options. Small place for an Haagen Dazs ice cream. We got a small ice cream cone with 2 scoops for $6.70 each. The scoops of ice cream were small scoops not your full size scoop. Flavor was very delicious, but paper wrap around the cone was hard to remove to fully enjoy my ice cream before it melted. Ran in here to escape the rain and was soooo happy to have picked this shop! It is a small store with an outside area but it is very clean and the space is used efficiently. The staff was so friendly and interactive. We were able to sample several flavors and when we finally decided, it was a good-sized scoop of ice cream. Haagen Dazs is typically a higher-priced ice cream but this was worth it, it was AMAZING. The staff suggested hot fudge which was a great decision. This was my first time going to this Haagen Dazs and the customer service was outstanding. I didn't know what I wanted at first and I was recommended to try the new sundae trio. The guy that helps me out was Eldridge Thomas. Please ask for him anytime you go he makes sure your ice is perfect and if it isn't we will make sure it is. Also he manager Bryan was there was able to help me and two of my friends out. While still at Bayside, I need to take a minute to express the horrible customer service I just received in this Haagen Daz. To make it short, after waiting quite some time to be helped, the staff mentions that their machine just broke and they can't take credit cards but only exact change. Luckily, I had a bit of cash with me. Still, I was 6 cents short. She did not forgive the 6 cents and kept the ice cream after it was served and sitting in my face. I had good quality service at this establishment and enjoyed my ice cream with my family, but I did not appreciate the door being open. It's an ice cream store in MIAMI and its nearing summer time, does doesn't only decrease the quality of the ice cream but the employees as well. A woman named Raquel (couldn't read the name tag, she had it upside down) served us, if that's not her name, she was a heavy set girl with long Bo Derek braids.
