After an Amazon delivery didn't arrive in time, I reached out to Cory on a Saturday to see if he could make personalized water bottles for the party. He went above and beyond from the very beginning--he met me halfway to pick up the bottles and then met me again to drop off the finished ones on Sunday AM (pre party). Cory was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He created two different versions for the girls and boys and texted me photos along the way so I could see how everything was turning out. At one point, he even purchased a replacement bottle himself because he felt there had been a mistake--and wouldn't let me pay him for it. The bottles turned out great, and now I have a bunch of VERY happy 9-year-olds! Thank you so much, Cory, for the amazing service, communication, and for going out of your way to make this happen on such short notice. I'm so happy with how everything turned out and will absolutely use Sound Craft Studio again!

I've ordered two pieces from Soundcraft Studio so far, and both of them honestly blew me away…read more The first was a hilarious photo of me and my best friend squeezed into one gigantic fur coat at a thrift store. Cory turned that silly moment into the sweetest personalized gift, and when I gave it to her, we both immediately started crying, happy tears! It was just that thoughtful and special. For my second order, I simply told Cory the idea, and he took it from there. He designed the entire piece himself. The print features my husband's dream car, and seeing his reaction was everything. In the 5.5 years we've been together, I don't think I've ever seen him that excited about a gift. That's what makes Cory's work so extraordinary: every piece feels deeply personal. His craftsmanship captures memories, dreams, inside jokes, whatever matters most, and turns them into something tangible. It's the kind of gift that makes someone feel truly seen, known, and celebrated. I can't recommend Soundcraft Studio enough. Each item is created with so much care, creativity, and heart. It's gift-giving magic.

I was given attentive and patient support from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were creative and helpful, working with me to design a name plate for a gift that turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I was charged a fair price for the time and service, and am really pleased with the final product. I am sad to think how unusual it is to get this type of service these days. Rarely do small business live up to their promise of client satisfaction and customer care at reasonable rates. However this place is exactly what a small business should be, focused on their customers and delivering a better product than online retailers. They obviously take pride in their work and are willing to go above and beyond to maintain their clientele. While I was there I also witnessed numerous other happy customers come and go, each experiencing the same polite attitude and high quality of service that I experienced from the gentleman helping me. Next time you need something engraved or given a personal touch, I highly recommend this store!

I went to Custom Creations before Christmas (aka at a crazy time), because I wanted to print some…read morecustom T-shirts for gifting. I needed them in 2-3 days. TL;DR I had a very tight timeline, and they delivered. They printed the T-shirts by the next day. I had 2 PDFs of the T-shirt graphics that I made in Canva. I emailed the files that morning, but being a busy holiday time, they hadn't seen my email. Luckily I was able to re-send them the files from my phone (I recommend that you just bring the file to the store or tell them in person you're sending it). The graphic files needed to be tweaked for print, but Abe is very fast. He worked on the file right then and there at the store counter. (If you're particular about fonts etc like me, you may want to work with them while they do that to make sure you're getting what you want.) They actually tried to print them the same day, so I came back a couple of hours later. (I think if it's a design they already have/simple design, they can print it within 1 hour, given they don't have other jobs lined up.) A font color on one of the T-shirts was a wrong color, and the other design had a spot where the line was disconnected, so they had to be reprinted. So I pickled them up the next day, but even then, that was a fast turnaround. The only caveat is that the base T-shirt colors/types may be limited. When I went, the only choices were white, black, gray or red in 100% cotton. (I'm not sure if they have more choices if I hadn't gone at such a busy time.) Also, unless you specify the size of the design, they may print the design really big to take up the front of the shirt. I had a more understated design in mind, but when I came to pick up my order the rectangular graphic took up the maximum space on the front. So if you have a vision about where you want the design to go, you might want to communicate that. I didn't know what I was doing, so I didn't press what I wanted--that's on me. All in all, I was impressed they could deliver in such a short amount of time. If I were to do it again, I'd try to go there at a less crowded time.

Since it was so last minute, I was prepared to either not find somebody or pay a hefty price. I messaged a couple of businesses till I remembered bout this place I'd often drive pass. I sent an email and was promptly responded to by Lauren. She was very helpful. I arrived at the store about 20mins til closing to pay, approve the design, and have 2 shirts printed. The other associate lady, sorry I forgot the name, she was also kind and helpful. She showed me the design and the shirts in the color and sizes I asked for. I loved that I was shown the shirts and got to decide the right sizing. They have a wide range of sizes and decided to go with the grey shirt- 3x ($2 fee for each X after 2X) and XL. Gray XL shirt was $29- 3XL was $31 with the added $2 fee. The shirts were great quality and were printed in less than 10mins for both. They loved the shirts and felt professional on their first day.
