Rarely do small business live up to their promise of client satisfaction and customer care at reasonable rates. However this place is exactly what a small business should be, focused on their customers and delivering a better product than online retailers. They obviously take pride in their work and are willing to go above and beyond to maintain their clientele. While I was there I also witnessed numerous other happy customers come and go, each experiencing the same polite attitude and high quality of service that I experienced from the gentleman helping me. Decided to surprise my bf and his business partner for their first catering gig with custom shirts…read moreof a logo they had designed. Since it was so last minute, I was prepared to either not find somebody or pay a hefty price. I messaged a couple of businesses till I remembered bout this place I'd often drive pass. I sent an email and was promptly responded to by Lauren. She was very helpful. I arrived at the store about 20mins til closing to pay, approve the design, and have 2 shirts printed. The other associate lady, sorry I forgot the name, she was also kind and helpful. She showed me the design and the shirts in the color and sizes I asked for. I loved that I was shown the shirts and got to decide the right sizing. They have a wide range of sizes and decided to go with the grey shirt- 3x ($2 fee for each X after 2X) and XL. Gray XL shirt was $29- 3XL was $31 with the added $2 fee. The shirts were great quality and were printed in less than 10mins for both. They loved the shirts and felt professional on their first day.

With the pandemic upon us, there is no formal graduation or walk to receive graduation diplomas. My daughter has accepted the fact that her graduation is simply different than her older brothers graduations. Her high school is doing a virtual graduation that will be streamed online. Students and families will be able to watch the ceremony online. Each student is submitting a photo of themselves in their cap and gown so that their photo pops up when their name is called. My daughter worked very hard in her academics, and has received cords for the school district honor society, national scholars honor society and for her volunteer work that she's done throughout her school years. She also received her "Magna Cum Laude" Medallion of Honor. Her medallion arrived without the medallion ribbon to hang the medallion around her neck. Due to timing, it wasn't possible to have the proper medallion ribbon shipped to us before the photos were due. I reached out to an online awards company and they said that they could overnight ship a ribbon to us for $34.00. I then called Athletic Awards that is located on Republican Street in Seattle. I explained the situation to Monty who is the owner. He let me know that they have the ribbons in stock and that if I wanted to drive over to their store that he has curb-side pick-up available. I drove over to purchase two different ribbons so that my my daughter could choose the one she liked best. As Monty and I chatted, me from my car with a mask on, and Monty from the sidewalk with his mask on, he said, "Here, they're yours, no need to pay for them." His generosity and empathy for my daughters situation came directly from his heart.
