Hyper Flow is an HONEST company! I'd give Hyper Flow 10 Stars if I could. And Jeremy is very knowledgeable. I called to have a toilet drain cleaned that had not been flushing properly. After examining the situation Jeremy determined that the problem was a defective S Trap in the toilet itself and not a drain line clog. There was no fee for his visit! IMAGINE AN HONEST PLUMBER IN DENVER!! Hyper Flow could have charged me hundreds for a drain cleaning and camera inspection but they did not. A previous plumber charged us for a cleanout that was not required and did not correct the problem. I'm so glad I found Hyper Flow thanks to all the positive reviews, and happy now to add one of my own. I had a leak in my basement that was sewage pipe-related, and that's about all I knew. After dealing with three useless plumbers from my home warranty company, I called up Hyper Flow to come look at the problem and Jake was here the next day. Jake looked around in my basement and within a few minutes he already had everything mapped out and knew what to do -- which pipes were in the wall and where, which pipes were below ground and where they connected. It was like he had a 3rd eye that could see through concrete, and he gave me a proposal what what should be done to fix the problem. It was a jackhammer job that required excavating the basement, which is exactly what I was hoping it wasn't going to be, but after the consultation I felt confident that Hyper Flow was going to handle it correctly. Less than a week later, Jake and his crew showed up and knocked out the job within about 6 hours. They were very respectful of my property -- being sure to lay tarps on the ground to cover up their footprints (Jake was also the only contractor I've had in my house who bothered to wear booties over his shoes during the consultation). Jake went over everything again with me after the job was done and made sure I was satisfied. This sewer excavation was a walk in the park for them -- something that the previous plumbers I had been assigned through my warranty company were not equipped to do. I also got a chance to speak to Kyle, Jake's cousin, a couple of times. He did me a huge favor by getting on the phone with my home warranty company in the hopes of getting me a reimbursement from them. And it worked! My home warranty co. is reimbursing me the full amount, so thanks to Kyle for dealing with them on the phone multiple times. The most recent visit I had was because my garbage disposal wasn't running. Had a great experiance working with Hper Flow team. Main kitchen line backup on New Years eve. Mykel Brown came out to snake the main line and the camera to view the clean out got stuck. Yikes! Next day they had to dig out the pipe. It was so old and corroaded and falling apart. A new section of pipe was replaced. Mykel is very professional and communication was great through the whole process. His team did a great job in completeing the work and clean up. Well, the lovely things about owning an old house generally outweigh the annoying things, but every once in a while, things like 90 year old clay sewer lines pop their ugly heads up as a problem. We had some sign that our line was in trouble, so turned to Yelp for suggestions. I submitted my project, and Hyper Flow was the first, and very quick to respond. Within 24 hours, Carlos showed up. His van and equipment looked modern and well maintained. They offered a no-cost consultations, and allowed me to watch the whole time as he ran a camera down the cleanout. It was clear quickly that some roots had invaded our line, and were the cause of the problem. He offered me a couple of options, one very cost effective that would solve today's problem, and another, more expensive (but very reasonable) option that would clear the pipe more completely, and last a lot longer. I ended up going with the latter of the two options, and within about another hour or so, our sewer line was clean end to end. He was exceptionally courteous and was very respectful of our home (was careful with his equipment, wore foot coverings, and was gentle with anything he needed to move or disassemble). He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explained the recommended resolution and was upfront with the costs. He patiently explained each step of the process and didn't mind me curiously watching over his shoulder. That may sound a little strange, but it was neat to see how everything worked and I'm a big fan of learning how my house functions. You just can't really trust what people write on Yelp anymore. People really have low standards now a day. I just can't imagine this company getting 5 stars when they can't answer a simple question All I wanted to know is what is the estimate costs to come out and snake the line for about 100 ft. It is a recurrent problem that I have in which I have to do every 2-3 years. They won't quote me unless they do a free onsite consultation. And if I like I can do it then. This is a known tactic used by so many of these companies. It is an emergency and I don't have time to get them out and if they quote something outrageous, then I have to waste time to look for another company or I am forced to use them. It is not like these prices aren't plastered all over the internet by other companies.
