But they could've used their auto email system to cancel. In any event, I never use a contactor (for any project) that doesn't keep their first appt or notifies before just not calling or showing up. That always spells trouble. There are too many landscapers who want business. So I'll never call them or visit their nursery ever again. Another company said they could not remove the rocks and weeds. I was getting so desperate that I even put a sign out saying "free rocks, you haul" but nobody took them.
