He installed a brand-new Bradford White tank, hauled away the old one, cleaned up the area, and had everything running in just a couple hours. Jesse is professional, fast, and really knows what he's doing. I could instantly tell he's been in the game for years. Do not hire them. They are the worst. I own a business and unfortunately my landlord hired them…read moreso it is out of my control. I have been waiting over 2 months for my ceiling to stop leaking. I can give these guys five stars for "no shows" though! Even my landlord told me they're terrible at communicating. They are also great at saying they fixed something, and failing. I've lost count of how many times they've come and I've been informed that it's been fixed and it has not. So it is now September 30th and my ceiling has been leaking since July 20th. Unfortunately, my landlord won't call someone else who seems to know how to fix plumbing. These people also told me it was condensation from the air conditioning yet it has literally eaten away my floor. I'm sorry but condensation doesn't eat flooring until it literally disappears. See photos. Also, I have already dumped over a foot of water in another container. Black water in photos is "new" since the leak has been "fixed" at least two more times. Another thing they get five stars for, is trashing a place and not cleaning that up. They're amazing at that as well!!

Suppressing waves of panic, I spent five minutes searching Yelp for a plumber closest me, as I felt time was of the essence. "Beach Plumbing" seemed nearby my Redondo Beach home, so I gave them a ring. The person who took my call was very patient and accommodating. By noon, Edwin arrived at my door. It took him all of 10min to find the source of the leak: A malfunction fresh water line that was dumping water down the opening for the sewer pipe, and onto my first-floor ceiling. On Friday, Robert came to install the new toilet that I ordered from HD. He too was amazing; super competent, with mad plumbing skills and a personable nature. Going into a repair job, for some reason I've always harbored a lingering fear that I would be taken advantage of, or upsold unnecessary fixes. For the record: Edwin and Robert are the absolute real deal. Honest and forthcoming. Oh, and Edwin didn't charge me a dime for the visit and trouble-shooting.
