Double charged for the test certificate when they said I needed new equipment. Isn't it ironic that the prior item passed every year for 5 years and all of a sudden it didn't and instead of costing $65 they said I needed it rebuilt and then charged me for testing a second time when it essentially needed to be tested to see if it works properly. Yes, they were nice on the phone, but my gut says, I wasn't taken advantage of. It just didn't feel right.
